Note - Due to popular demand, I have decided to change the military ranking hierarchy to the standard USA structure to avoid future confusion. 

The hierarchy is - 

1)Private/ Foot soldier 

2) Lieutenant

3)Garrison Commander

4) Captain 

5) Major 

6) General [ 1 star ] 

7) General [ 2 star ] 

8) General [ 3 star ] 

Max is currently - Garrison Commander

Major Ratty is still Major Ratty

The captain's will now be called lieutenants meaning Asiva, Anna, Marcus etc will be called lieutenants.

Apparently Max had routed the entire rebel higher ups in a surgical strike before taking command of the city.
