---3 months later---

Today's sunshine was especially bright, the blue sky without clouds as far as the eye could see. Although it was still early, the sunlight already burned somewhat.

Yu Xiaogang continued "Consequently, starting from today, I will advance you to the second stage of your education. According to Flender, you have already gone to Suotuo Great Spirit Arena, and that is where you will receive your education for some time. This time the education doesn't have a time limit, whenever you've obtained a silver spirit fighter badge is when the training ends. John was not surprised after hearing Yu Xiaogang's question. John was actually very bored for the past three months, the only thing that make him excited was because of Zhu Zhuqing and Sia. He then looked at Yu Xiaogang and replied" Hmmm, Grandmaster's training program was very normal."

Yu Xiaogang then frowned and then sighed as he already anticipated this answer in John.

"John, will you allow me to become your master?" Yu Xiao gang directly asked. He was still hoping that John will accept him as a master.

John laughed inwardly and looked at Yu Xiaogang. 'hehehehe, Yu Xiaogang actually want me to become his disciple. But sadly, he's bound to fail.'

"I'm sorry Grandmaster but I can't find my future in following you as a master." John truthfully said.

Yu Xiaogang was surprised by John's reply. He was already prepared to get rejected but actually hearing it made him angry a bit but he just keep it inside.

Yu Xiaogang wanted to say something when suddenly Tang San and Co. were already back with their things. He sighed and then said "Everyone was already here. Let's set off."

Yu Xiaogang then immediately brought them out, leaving for Suotuo City together with Flender and Zhao Wuji. While the other three teachers stayed behind to take care of the Academy.

After arriving they then find an inn to stay. After a while, Yu Xiaogang then called all of them to Tang San's room.

Yu Xiaogang then explained for a while what they will gonna do. He said that it's up to them which battle they want to participate but the premised is that they all need to wear a mask and used another name to hide their real age and identity from others.

After sorting everything out, everyone then remained in the inn to cultivate their spirit power, waiting for nightfall.

When it was already time, they then went to participate in some battles. The most surprising were John and Tang San actually formed a team. Their opponents were no match at all. Dai Mubai and the others also had good result. But the most happy of then all was John, as every second, new spirit abilities can be picked.

After participating for a while, their momentum caused the audience to cheer and shout everytime their victories were announced.

Later that night, Yu Xiaogang called them to tell them that they also need to join team battles to improved their teamwork.

They then head off towards the team battle arena. After arriving, they found the contestants' lobby were larger and bustling and they can see at least thirty Spirit Masters waited there.

While they were waiting, a trouble then came out, a more than two meters tall, extremely sturdy large man suddenly walked in their direction.

"Hey, little miss, with your figure, what are you doing covering your face, let big brother have a look." The man said while looking at Zhu Zhuqing.

"Get lost" Zhu Zhuqing coldly replied.

"Is it that your face is shameful? Little girl, don't you know who I am? You dare talk to me that way." As the man spoke, he already raised his big hand.

"Old man, you better get lost." John coldly said while looking at the man.

The man then looked at John. He was about to say something when suddenly when he saw John's gaze, he felt as if he was about to get devoured. He felt fear and took a step back. He then left immediately without looking back.

After waiting for a while, the announcer on the stage then said "The fourth bout, team battles. The two sides ready to fight are: Mad Battle Team and Shrek Seven Devils."

The announcer then describe the two teams and ordered to come on stage.

The two teams then assumed their formation. But when the leader of the Mad Battle team saw their opponent. He was shocked and scared to see John who was smiling on the other side of the arena. He sweated and steped back a little.

His teammate noticed his action. The flirtatious women in the center looked at him and asked "Is their any problem?"

"N-Nothing." The man said. He thought that maybe he was just nervous.

John after seeing the man smiled and decided to teach this man heavily. He then said "Leave that man to me."

Tang San and the others looked at John and then felt sorry for the man who provoke Zhu Zhuqing earlier.

The announcer then separately asked both sides if they were ready. The team captain then simultaneously indicated their preparations were complete.

"Starting countdown from five. Five, four, three, two, one. Team spirit battles, fourth bout. Begin!" the announcer said.

After the word, begin, John directly flicked his finger and used sonic minimum. After using, he was immediately right in front of the man.

Everyone around the arena were shocked too see how fast John was.

On the waiting room,

"W-What!! Did you see his movement Flender!??" Yu Xiaogang stood up as he didn't see how John did that.

"No, he was too fast that my eye could not follow him." Flender was also shocked. Zhao Wuji also commented.

On the arena,

Both teams were shocked by John's speed. They did not know when and how he did it. Even Tang San's eye could not see through it.

"We met again" John looked at the man while smiling.

Before the man could react, John already punched his stomach. John then grabbed his arm and smashed him on the arena.

John did not let go of his arm and smashed him again on the other side.

Boom.aaahh.Boom.Crack.Boom.aaah

The arena became quiet, the only thing that could be heard was the sound of screaming and cracking of bones. It continued for about 10 seconds before John stopped.

John then looked at the man and smiled cruelly. He then used "Nature's Heal" 0

A light then covered the man and after a while the bleeding stopped and some of his injuries were now healed.

John was once again grabbed his arm and continue smashing.

The arena became dead silent and could only say "Too cruel."

The other members of the Mad Battle Team could only saw how their leader was being smashed. They don't have the courage to say something because they felt fear towards John.

Tang San and the others could only looked at John. They then remember that John despite his handsome appearance actually had a cruel side of him.

After a while John stopped, leaving the man in the ground totally unconscious with some of his bones were broke. He then looked at his team members and said "How about it?"

The Mad Battle Team members stepped back.

"W-We s-surrender" The flirtatious woman fearfully answered.

After hearing, John then walked away and head back to the team. He smiled and said to them "The fight was already over. Let's head back."

John then grabbed Zhu Zhuqing's hand and head towards the exit. Tang San and Co. woke up and then followed. Oscar and Ma Hongjun all thought that no matter what happens do not be on the opposite side of John.

Tang San and Dai Mubai on the other hand was thinking of something else. They were now hesitating on whether to take revenge on John. They also thought that John was actually hiding his full strength to them.

After they left, the opponent team breathed out while the flirtatious woman falls down on the ground. After a while, they immediately went to check their leader and saw that he was still alive. They then helped him and immediately went to the other exit.

After how many seconds, a clap could be heard on the arena. The sudden clap then aroused the other audience to clap too. Then it became to a cheer and shout.

The announcer then declare the result, "The victory goes to the Seven Shrek Devils"

Shouts and cheers then can be heard throughout the arena. They were excited and surprised to see such battle. They all shouted the name "Seven Shrek Devils."

When John and the others walked off the platform, the first to welcome them was the somewhat complicated look of Yu Xiaogang, Flender and Zhao Wuji.

Yu Xiaogang then looked towards John and then to the others. He then said "I don't know what to say upon seeing you won without any effort."

He then looked at John and then sighed. "Next time, do a little teamwork."

John then said "Gransmaster, can we call it a day and come back tomorrow"

Yu Xiaogang looked at John and thought that maybe John also exhausted his spirit power earlier. He then replied "Then you can all withdraw. I will call you all tomorrow in Tang San's room."

Upon hearing Yu Xiaogang's words, John together with Zhuqing left together. John wanted to leave as it was already late and Sia might be worried about them.

After John and Zhu Zhuqing left, Yu Xiaogang then looked at Tang San's group, asking "Now, what really happened which causes John to act like that?"

Tang San and the other then explained what happened in the lobby earlier.

After explaining for a while, Yu Xiaogang, Flender, and Zhao Wuji were shocked to know thay the reason was just the opponents' team leader actually wanted to hit on Zhuqing.

Yu Xiao gang sighed and then said "You can now all go back and rest."

Tang San and the other then leave, leaving Yu Xiaogang, Flender, and Zhao Wuji behind.

"From what John did earlier, we can confirm that John were hiding all his power to us. First, was his peculiar skill which he could use others' spirit ability, and now his abnormal speed which cannot be followed even by a spirit sage or even more." Yu Xiaogang said seriously.

"We did not even know how he get his spirit ring." Flender also said seriously. Zhao Wuji just nod while also having the same thought.

"Which clan does John really came from?" Yu Xiaogang and Flender still have the same question even now.

They then shooked their head and then decided to leave and rest.

The night then passed while everyone had a difficulty to sleep aside from John and Zhu Zhuqing.
