Chapter 45 - Spirit Hall

---Early the next day---

John already told the others that he will go to Spirit Hall alone this time and probably stay there for quite some time.

Sia and the others just nodded and told him to take good care.

John also reminded them to not forget their daily training and also left the three Legendary Beasts behind to protect them.

John was now on his way towards the Spirit City. He could directly head there by using instant transmission and locked towards Qian Renxue power signature but he decided not to.

---Night---

A hotel in Spirit City,

John already arrived and was now resting in some luxurious hotel in the city. He decided to head directly towards the Sumpreme Pontiff's palace directly tomorrow.

---Early the next morning---

John was now on his way towards the Spirit Hall Palace.

He already used some invisibility skill that he picked some time ago while hunting some spirit beast. He was confident that his invisibility could not be found unless someone had a keen senses.

John just casually walked in the Spirit Hall while looking at the busy people inside. He then find his way towards the Sumpreme Pontiff's Hall.

While he's walking, his presence were actually perceived by two people in the Spirit Hall.

Supreme Pontiff's Palace Hall,

Bibi Dong frowned while looking towards the door of the hall. She already perceived a presence and observed it for a while and thought that it does not show any ill intention.

"Come in." Bibi Dong said.

Upon hearing, John who were outside opened the door of the hall. He the cancelled his invisibility and walked closer.

The hall was big enough that he needs to walk for a while before arriving closer to Bibi Dong who was sitting on her throne.

After arriving, John then took his hood off and see the Bibi Dong, the Sumpreme Pontiff of the Spirit Hall. While staring, John could only say that she was really beautiful.

Bibi Dong was also observing the person in front of her and then realised that the person in front of her was actually the John the Emperor of True God's Empire.

"You're brave enough to come here alone. What's your purpose?" Bibi Dong said while looking at John. She admitted that John was a handsome man and also domineering but she then adjusted herself and become vigilant towards him.

"Well, I want to talk about the situation of the continent." John said while smiling.

"What about it?" Bibi Dong asked.

"I know that you want to unite the continent but sadly that was hopeless. I am actually here as I also had this idea so how about we formally end this war." John said while still looking at Bibi Dong.

"And how are you going to do that?" Bibi Dong asked. She did not believe that John would suggest like this.

"Of course, by merging Spirit Hall to my Empire and create a single Empire in the continent and me as Emperor." John answered.

Bibi Dong frowned after hearing John's words.

"In other words, it was all for the benefit of your Empire." Bibi Dong said while starting to emit some of her spirit pressure.

John smiled after seeing such reactions. He already knew that this will happen as he know that Bibi Dong is such a person.

John then used sonic minimum and instantly moved towards Bibi Dong.

Bibi Dong could not react in time and saw John already touching her chin.

"If you don't like it, well, we can also stop this war in another way." John said while touching Bibi Dong's chin.

Bibi Dong did not answer and just looked at him and let him touched her chin.

John then moved his face towards her ear and whispered "*** ***** ** ***** **** *****."

After John whispered those words, he actually took a peck on her lips before moving back.

John then turned around and said "I will come here from time to time and talk about what I just whispered earlier."

John then instantly vanished in the hall.

Suddenly, the throne Bihi Dong was sitting crumbled. Her face shows redness and also anger at the same time.

Bibi Dong could not believe on what John just earlier and to actually kissed her lips make her angry.

"That brat, I will teach him when he came back here." Bibi Dong said while holding her scepter tightly.

In the hotel,

John used instant transmission and directly head back to the hotel. He was grateful because the guards of the hotel where spirit master and he used this power signature for him to directly travel from another place.

John then decided to go and tour the city for a while.

John could be seen visiting from place to place. Either heading to the restaurant or visit some store and etc.

John decided to choose a last store he wants to visit for today but something actually made him smile after seeing a familiar person.

John then entered the store which is actually a library of some sort. He then walked towards the person he was interested in but somehow the person did not even looked at him and continue reading the book while standing.

John smirked and casually picked some book near the person.

"What's so special about that book that you're completely immersed on it." John suddenly said while flipping the book he was holding.

The person was disturbed and looked towards the source of the sound. But when she saw John, she consciously moved backwards while looking at him.

"Qian Renxue, we've met again." John closed the book and cooly looked at Qian Renxue.

Qian Renxue frowned after seeing the person she hates the most.

"What are you doing here?" Qian Renxue asked. She then become nervous all of the sudden.

"Well, I have some business to be done here." John said while placing the book in the shelf.

"You're brave enough to come here alone, are you not worried?" Qian Renxue said while carefully observing John. Though she admitted that John was stronger than her but she thought that with her constant training, she could now face John.

"You're really a mother and daughter." John said after Qian Renxue said the same words as Bibi Dong.

"What are you talking about?" Qian Renxue frowned after hearing John.

"Well, it's nothing. It's already late. See you again next time." John bid his farewell before leaving the store.

After John left, Qian Renxue then sighed in relief. She actually didn't know what to do earlier. She then frowned again after not knowing the purpose of John visiting the Spirit City. She then decided not to report it and investigate it herself.

---The next morning---

Supreme Pontiff's Palace Hall,

Bibi Dong was now fully prepared if ever John arrived. She knew that John was powerful while looking at him yesterday but she wanted to attacked him by what he did yesterday.

Bibi Dong waited for a while before she became bored. She then tightly hold her scepter in anger.

"Does that brat lie to me?" Bibi Dong murmured. She did not even realized that somehow in her heart she wanted John to come here.

Bibi Dong then sighed after realizing that she was acually fooled by John but suddenly a lips printed her cheeks.

Bibi Dong then reacted quickly and swing her scepter but John evaded easily.

John then moved in front of Bibi Dong.

"Seeing how impatient you are. Do you miss me that much?" John amusingly said while looking at the frowning Bibi Dong.

"Did you think about what I just told you yesterday?" John said while smiling.

Bibi Dong did not answer and just looked at John while frowning. The only thing that running through her mind right was her attack earlier. Her attack was her full speed but John easily evaded it.

"Hmmm, I might as well relaxed here and look at you working." John casually said while looking in the hall finding some seat.

The rest of the day, John just stayed in the hall. Bibi Dong was irritated everytime John talked to her but she endured it and decided to pay back later.

This routine repeated for two weeks already. John was actually expecting that Bibi Dong might already planning on how to confront him but even after two weeks he did not face any retaliation. John also head back to his mansion once in a while to check Sia and the others.

In the library,

John decided to visit the library to find Qian Renxue.

John casually walked in the library and found Qian Renxue reading a book.

"Qian Renxue, we meet again." John said moving his hand to picked up a book.

Qian Renxue put her book and looked towards John. She was always visiting the library for two weeks already in hopes to find him.

"What is it? Do you want to talk something? How about we find some restaurant and eat" John asked while looking at Qian Renxue's questioning face.

Qian Renxue frowned before nodding as this was also an opportunity.

They then head towards a certain restaurant in the City.

While they were heading towards the restaurant, someone was actually following them from behind. John already knew about this beforehand but he just let him be.

In the restaurant,

John and Qian Renxue began to eat without making a noise.

After a while, John suddenly asked "I know you're visiting the library everyday. So, tell me, what do you want to know?"

Qian Renxue wanted asked again what his purpose in visiting here but she thought that he might not tell her again.

"Why were you so strong?" Qian Renxue asked while looking at John.

"hahahaha, I didn't expect to be asked by this question." John laughed after hearing such question.

Qian Renxue just frowned as she did not know what's the problem.

"Well, I think it's through killing." John seriously answered.

"W-What?" Qian Renxue was surprised. She never expected such answer from John. Though she also killed someone or something but it's to the point that it would make her stronger unless.

"A-Are you a - - - -" Before Qian Renxue could finished, John interrupted.

"Oy Oy Oy, It's not what you think it is. Do you really think I'm such a person." John immediately denied what was running through Qian Renxue's mind.

Qian Renxue then thought for a while before realizing that John was not giving such aura and actually an amicable person unlike those people.

"Then, what other question do you have?"John asked again.

Qian Renxue thought for a while and could not think of a question again.

John just smiled at her and said" If there's none, then let's just enjoy the food."

After they were done eating, they then part their ways.

---Night---

Sumpreme Pontiff Palace Hall,

A man was reporting towards a certain person sitting in the throne. It was actually the man who was following John earlier and the person sitting in the throne was Bibi Dong.

Bibi Dong then dismissed the man and frowned after hearing such report.

'I never thought that the reason he left early was to actually meet someone and that someone was actually Renxue.' Bibi Dong frowned. Qian Renxue was still her daughter even though they don't talked and meet too much.

'What were you planning, John.' Bibi Dong thought for a while before sighing.

---Another two weeks had passed---

Supreme Pontiff Palace Hall,

John was now already in the hall looking at Bibi Dong. He thought that Bibi Dong was really extraordinary. He could say that Bibi Dong was a woman of focus and a natural leader.

"Dong Er, there something different from you today. I think you're more beautiful than any other day in the past month." John teasingly said. He already noticed that this day was different after noticing several unknown people outside the hall.

Bibi Dong just looked at John and suddenly shouted "Attack!!!."

Several spirit abilities bombarded the hall but John was prepared and directly blocked it all by summoning Madoka.

After the place was clear, they then found John, calmly standing while looking at Bibi Dong like nothing happened.0
