Chapter 55 - God Kings' Arrival

While John was fighting the Gods, the continent were filled with fear.

Though the people could not see what was happening but the sound of destruction could be heard throughout the continent. They could only stay inside their home and wait until the calamity end.

The fight lasted early the next morning leaving only Poseidon, Rakshasa, Angel God and a small number of capable Gods.

The Gods all looked at John in horror. They fought for a whole day already but John was still the same while they on the other hand already reached their limit.

"Poseidon, this is the end. After all this time, your bound to loose. Those God Kings must already be coming here in any moment seeing how you lost badly." John said while looking at the sky.

"Human, don't think you already win. God Kings were the strongest beings in this world. Them being here would only mean your end." Poseidon comforted himself and believe that the God Kings could deal with John.

"You also said this words earlier but look at you now. You lost horribly and also took a cowardly action just to deal with me." John looked at them with ridicule but he was still in alert if ever happens.

Poseidon could only grit his teeth while looking at John as he could not find the words to respond.

"Resshin." John then ordered Resshin to devour them all and end this.

Poseidon and the others could only looked at the dragon coming toward them as they could not moved due to exhaustion.

Resshin then devour them easily while John was smiling widely.

But before John could celebrate, the sky then turned dark all of the sudden and it was way more horrible than the last time.

John looked at the sky and thought that it was now time for the main event but he was now pretty confident after he devoured the remaining Gods.

The sky cracked again and five people came out.

Each one of them had distinct appearance and the aura they were giving off were much stronger than the Gods John killed.

The whole continent was about to destroy just by having their presence.

The people living all thought that it was the end of the world. Others were already crying while others were still hoping.

Several cracks could be seen in the ground and the sea were giving off large waves and the sky were full of thunder and lightnings.

Outside the palace,

John looked above and saw the five Great God Kings. The palace he built was starting to crumble after the God Kings appeared.

John was about to talk when a sudden attack instantly rushed unto him but he reacts on time and used Madoka.

But the barrier could not handle it and was destroyed on the way. John were shocked after seeing the barrier actually destroyed.

"John, I never would have thought that even several Gods could not kill you. Your danger level was way more higher than the Silver Dragon King." Asura God said while looking at John. He was still surprised to see how John fought against the several Gods they send and he admitted that John was really powerful and dangerous at the same time.

"Hahahaha, is that a compliment?" John amusingly asked before adjusting himself from the surprised earlier.

"You can understand it that way. You will become a great God or even become a God King someday unfortunately you sided with the wrong person." Asura God said before moving his sword towards John and a blade-like energy then slashed towards John.

John immediately used Madoka again to protect Gu Yuena and the other and then used Getsuga Tensho to counter the attack.

The two attacks collided and it resulted to a tie. This only means that John's power could now content against God Kings.

Asura God and the other were shocked after it. They then frowned while looking at John. As they observed John earlier, they could say that his power was only comparable to 1st Class Gods but after seeing him now they all thought that something's not right.

"Did you not even feel it?" John suddenly asked while smiling towards them.

"The 'Me' earlier was not the same 'Me' you're facing now." John said while a new Spirit Ring emerged and rose above him.

Asura God and the others then felt shocked after seeing another Spirit Ring. And they all thought that John already became God himself. But they don't how it happened.

[God Spirit Ring: Flame Demon of Destruction

Description: When using, the flame dragons will come into one and merge with the host and become a Flame Demon.

Skills:

King of Flame Dragon: In this form, the host could directly use the skill of every flame dragons without calling them.

Fire Blade of Destruction: An attack which could create a sea of fire that could devour anything.

Flame Demon Domain: Form a ring of fire in the surrounding which greatly enhance the strength of the host. While in the domain, the opponents were greatly weakened and will slowly suffer from burn.]

John then used his God Spirit Ability.

The surrounding then became hot all of the sudden to the point that the surrounding area were starting to melt. The flame dragons then surround John as if they were protecting him.

But this was all just part of it because the flame dragons suddenly disappeared one by one. John, on the other hand felt great everytime the flame dragons vanished as he could feel that he became stronger and stronger.

Asura God and the others just looked at him while having a bad feeling with the sudden changes.

Gu Yuena and the others were shocked as it was their first time seeing John used this skill.

After the flames dragons vanished, a sudden fire engulfed John and it creates a sudden changes in the sky. Clouds were forming above him, thunder and lightnings were also present as if it was the same thing that happened when the God Kings appeared.

Cracks were forming in the ground where magma's coming out of it.

Gu Yuena and others took some distance as they could not endure the temperature anymore.

After while, the fire that engulfed John suddenly disappeared and they all towards John who were now different than before.

John were now looked like a fire demon. Six winged-like flame and also a long flame-like tail were moving on his back. And a massive two horns were on his head.

John observed himself and he could feel that he could destroy a world with his current strength now.

Gu Yuena and the others looked at John and they felt fear all of the sudden. John right now was more like a monster but they still believe in him.

Asura God and the other God Kings also felt afraid after seeing John's new form.

John then looked towards the God Kings and thought that he could take them all with his new power in one move.

John just casually slashed Infinity who was now engulf with fire and slashed it in the sky. A blade-like fire then moved towards the God Kings.

Asura God and the others felt threatened by the attack and immediately used their power to repel it and they did it after combining their power.

Asura God and the others looked in horror after repelling his attack. John's power right now could be said to be more stronger than them.

"What kind of monster are you!!!?" Asura God shouted. This was the first he felt great fear throughout his.

"Monster? This was only the first step on my journey to become strong and I still have a long way to go." John said. His voice also became different after being in that form. 1

"We can't let this human live. He's becoming more dangerous." One of the God Kings said while tightly welding his weapon.

The other God Kings then took out their weapon too and prepare to kill John as they also felt the same thing.

They did not even remembered the arrogance they had earlier after facing John right now.

"Asura God, God of Evil, Goddess of Life, God of Destruction, Goddess of Kindness, I will leave this great gift to you and wait for me there in the God Realm." John said while he waved his sword and point it towards them.

"Fire Blade of Destruction." John used one of the skill that this form have. He knew that this move is enough to make the God Kings returned to the God Realm. He also knew that this was not their full strength. He guessed that their powers were greatly restricted after coming down.

John slashed the sky with his sword in which it creates a sea of fire in the sky.

"Not Good." Asura God and the others didn't dare to look down upon John's attack, and the vigilance in their hearts rose to the extreme in an instant.

The divine power of the God Kings surged wildly, they combined their power to become a strong attack and greeted the sea of fire.

With this blow, the five God Kings exerted their full power at the same time, and started a shocking collision with John's attack.

The power of the two sides collided but the God Kings looked in horror after seeing that their attack was devoured and gradually moving towards them.

"Johnnnnnnnnnmm!!!" Asura God shouted furiously before they were also devoured by the flames.

John then smiled after hearing the notification after killing them. He then looked up and saw the sky became bright again.

John then thought that it will just the start. He still needs to go to the God Realm in order to kill them fully and finished his mission.

John then cancelled his Flame Demon form and turned back to being human.

He then turned around and saw Gu Yuena and the others looking at them.

Upon seeing, Gu Yuena and the others then immediately head towards him and hugged him tightly to the point that they fell on the ground.

After that massive attack the continent feels as if it was reborn. The dark clouds were now gone and replace by a beautiful rays of the sun.

All the people head outside to witness this phenomenon. They all cried after seeing that the calamity had passed and being grateful that they live.

"He actually made it." Qian Daoliu sighed in relief after seeing that the continent were now back in normal.

Kilometers away from True God's Palace,

"This kid was horrible, even the God Kings were no match with him. I better leave this place immediately." Tang Chen said after witnessing the whole process of John killing the Gods. But before he could leave, an arrow pierced his heart.

Tang Chen turned around and saw John in the distance holding a bow while smiling.

After which, Tang Chen died and fell down with great regret on his face.

Many Gods were waiting while looking towards a certain God.

"A-Asura." Goddess of life suddenly said.

"Call all the Gods, I don't care where and how busy they are." Asura God said while his eyes were burning of rage after feeling a humiliating defeat.

"Yes." Goddess of Life replied though she had a different opinion about this matter but she did not brought it up as she knew they won't change their mind.

The other God Kings were also furious and shocked at the same time after what just happened. But the most shocked of them was the lesser God as they realized that even the God Kings were killed by that human.

"John, when you step on this realm, I promised to kill you with my hands." Asura God declared with his shot red eyes.

John and the others looked at the destroyed palace and thought that there will be new renovations to make.

After a while, they could hear a sound in every direction moving toward them.

"Your Majesty, what just happened?" Ning Fengzhi worriedly asked. They were informed by John that a terrible battle will happen someday and they never thought that it was now.

The other Clan heads were also present together with an army of Spirit Masters.

They only went now because they could not even get close before due to the suffocating pressure.

"Well, I've won." John said while smiling.

"Gather everyone, as I have new order to give." John ordered.

Ning Fengzhi and the others then heed his instructions.

John's house in the Star Dou Forest,

John and the others decided to stay in their house in the Star Dou Forest and they were now currently on the bed.

"John, were very sorry as we only hold you back." Gu Yuena sadly said. Thought she was also a 1st Class God but fighting several God's were still difficult.

The others also looked sad after they felt powerless and could only held John back. They thought that they were already strong but after fighting with the Gods even them having some restriction they still felt that their power were not enough and without Gu Yuena they were sure that they could not survive.

"Hmm, Its not that you're all weak. They were Gods and you were only mortals. Of course they were strong. Wait for me, when I finished my business with them. I will give you all God Positions." John replied. He was still happy because even they knew that they were weak they did not cower and help him instead.

They then talked for a while before deciding to rest as they were very tired.
