---The next morning---

John's room, 

John woke up from his sleep seeing Shio and Iroha together in his arms. Iroha already moved in and will be living from his room from now on after getting pursuaded by Shio which she also accepted happily as they already already confirmed their relationship.

John then just smiled and caressed their heads waking them up on the process which Shio and Iroha looked at him before kissing his cheeks. 

"Good Morning, John." The two greeted before leaning again on his chest. 

John just smiled at them and just continue caressing their head after remembering something. 

"By the way, I already got permission for you to visit your brother. Why don't you go later, Iroha." John said after remembering what he promised to her a while back.

"Really? Then, can you join me?" Iroha looked up to see John while being happy after hearing what he said. 

"Unfortunately, Tsubaki told me that it will just be you that was allowed to visit him." John replied as he didn't really need to see him as they will see each other later on. 

Iroha then just looked at John and hugged him before saying "Thank You." 

John thought that it was the end when suddenly...

"Tsubaki?" Iroha asked while looking at him curiously. Shio also thought the same the same as she wanted to know what was happening. 

"Well, it's Major Amamiya. She will be your big sister from now on." John told them the truth about him having relationship with Tsubaki. 

Shio and Iroha looked at each before pouting. 

"Is that why you're always back late at night." Iroha said while pounting but a hint blush could also be seen on her face after imagining what they were doing every night.

"Yeah, as your sister always craving for my massage every night." John amusingly said while looking at them. 

"Are you good in massaging, John?" Shio suddenly asked as this was the first time she knew about it even after living together for a year. 

Iroha, on the other hand was embarrassed looking at how innocent Shio was after not guessing what John was telling them.

"Hehehe, I'm really good at it. Let's head to the bathroom and I'll show you how good I am." John said before getting up on the bed while carrying the two towards bathroom.

Right after John give some massages to the both them. They then directly eat breakfast which right after, they then each part ways as Iroha went to visit her brother while Sakuya decided to show Shio around the town. 

John, on the other hand was now walking around in the headquarters finding a place to passed time because Tsubaki told them that they could take a day off today. 

It didn't take long for John to arrived in some place like a workshop which he decided to enter. He didn't accidentally head to this place but with also a purpose in mind.

In the workshop, 

John looked around and saw different kinds of equipments and machines inside. John was surprised as he could also see some God Arcs on maintenence in the place.

While looking, John then saw his purpose of coming here after seeing a girl with a short gray hair, and wears a pair of red goggles also has grease stains in each cheek while working on something. She wears a gray tank top and a blue overall but letting loose the upper part, a pair of black and yellow security boots and a pair of security gloves of the same color.

John then just find a seat and wait for her to finish after seeing how serious she was while still looking good despite how haggard and sweaty she has become.

It didn't take long before the girl suddenly stopped and looked behind as she noticed that someone was watching her.

"Yo!" John greeted while looking at her gazing towards her upper body and thought that it is way too different seeing them in person than watching them on anime.

The girl looked at him before noticing that her inner garment was slightly visible due to her sweat. She then immediately find some towel and cover her upper body while shyly looking back at John.

"I know you, you're the rumored person who was using a strange weapon. Why are you here?" The girl said after realizing that the person in front of him was the hot topic around the headquarters not just by his weapon but also because of his appearance. Dr. Sasaki also even told her about him but he just share some superficial information. 

"I'm John Hendrix by the way. I'm actually here to see how God Arc was really made or repaired as I was curious about it." John replied while looking towards the thing that keeps the woman busy and saw that it was the weapon that the protagonist was using.

"I'm Licca Kusonoki. Well, before that, can I take a look at your weapon?" Licca said as she was very curious towards his weapon that could kill an Aragami despite not being a God Arc.

John then just smiled before summoning Infinity. 

Licca looked and was surprised to see where the weapon came from as she only saw that it came out of nowhere.

"Can I hold it?" Licca said as she wanted to see it closely.

"Unfortunately, you can't." John replied after seeing how curious she was on Infinity.

Licca then believed what Dr. Sasaki told her about him not allowing others to hold it.

"Do you want to know why?" John said before seeing that she did not reply.

"Why then" Licca asked as she wanted to know the reason.

"It's because other than anyone else will be curse and even die just from holding it." John seriously said as there was no harm telling her the truth and to also calm her down after seeing how excited she was to check it.

Licca listened and felt that he was serious which only means that what he said were true. She then calmed down and looked towards Infinity. 

"Can you change its form?" Licca said as she knew from the rumors that John's weapon could change forms.

John then transformed Infinity into a sword. Right after transforming, the girl looked at it closely and could not tell how it transformed before telling him if he could transform it to other forms as she wanted to observe more.

It took for a while before Licca gave up on Infinity as she really could not understand how his weapon works without holding it. They then just sit and talk to each other but this time John was the one asking. 

The two talked for a while before John invited her to join them to the cafeteria to eat lunch which Licca think aboutbit for a while before accepting.

In some area on the base, 

Lindow was looking towards a teenage boy with dark blue, spiky hair, solid black eyebrows, and light green eyes inside the cell. 

"It took me for a while before meeting you. Well, I would like to thank you for saving Eric. I already talked about Amamiya to bail you out but they were more serious about your situation that I thought." Lindow said as he was actually thankful for the boy bravely saving Eric during that time. 

The boy then just listened to what Lindow said while clenching his fist after knowing that he still couldn't get out of this place. 

"Well, someone was here with me and you should be happy to meet her." Lindow said before he walked back and leaned on some wall to make some space for them to talk. 

"Sister Iroha, it's really you." The boy said after seeing the person Lindow was talking about.

"Lenka, I'm happy to see you again." Iroha said while looking at the boy inside the cell. 

Lenka, who was originally the protagonist of this world, could not helped but cry seeing her sister. 

"S-Sister Iroha, but how--" Lenka wanted to asked as he was pretty sure that she wouldn't survive that day. 

"It's John." Iroha replied fully knowing what he's talking about.

Lenka then remembered the person together with her and could not help but be grateful. 0

"It's good. It's good that you're alive." Lenka said while tears were already flowing down on his eyes after seeing her healthy and alive.

Johannes's office, 

Johannes could seen reading the report regarding the rescue mission and couldn't help but ponder about it after reading that John again did something incredible by transforming his weapon to a bow this time.

Johannes then turned off the monitor before silently looking towards the painting hanging on the wall.

---Noon---

On the cafeteria,

Right now, John and the others were already eating on the table but the atmosphere was very awkward as Sakuya, Shio, and Iroha were staring at the girl next to John.

The girl was actually Licca but she doesn't even feel bothered by them and just minding her own business and continue eating.

"You can talk to her you know. hahahah" John laughed as they don't know why they were like that though it was reasonable for Shio and Iroha but seeing Sakuya acting the same was a different matter.

They then calmed down before continue eating as Shio and Iroha was just curious after seeing another woman together with John at that was all. Sakuya, on the other hand, was curious how John got to know about Licca. She knew about her as they see each other from time to time as Licca was part of the God Arc Maintenance Crew of the headquarters.

They then eat and talked for a while especially about Licca before parting ways as John and Iroha decided to join Sakuya and Shio roaming around the town which they spend the whole outside and only returned back to eat dinner.

---Night---

Tsubaki's room,

Just like any other day, John could be seen again in Tsubaki's room after eating dinner. The two could be seen doing something again on the room as one of them was moving her hips while being on top of the other.

The boy then head towards the center nervously seeing that several people were looking at him. 

Moments later, the door opened again which Tsubaki, Alisa and finally the protagonist of this world, Lenka entered the room. 

"Line up." Tsubaki ordered after everyone were now present. 

"Kota Fujiki, Alisa Illichina Amiella, Lenka Utsugi. Effective immidiately, you were assigned to become a member of the 1st unit." Tsubaki announced which the three mentioned person immediately saluted. 

"From now on, you were now under Captain Amamiya." Tsubaki said while looking at Lindow in front.

Kota, Alisa, and Lenka then looked behind and saw John and the others. Lenka and Alisa were already familiar with some of them while Kota was nervously looking at them.

Lindow then introduced himself as the unit captain followed by Sakuya as the second in command all through to Soma and Eric.

"I'm John Hendrix. Good to meet you all." John casually introduced himself.

Alisa, Kota, and Lenka looked at John especially Lenka as he remembered that he was the person who her sister said that saved her.

The three then also greeted each other before Lindow said that they could start working together tomorrow and take this day as a day off and also for them to prepare.

Right after that, Lindow and the others then leave the room while John decided to stay and looked at the three people below. He looked towards Lenka while thinking how will the world will help him since he was already behind after being detained.

John then decided to leave when suddenly Alisa said something. 

"Let's fight." Alisa said as she wanted to fight him again. She knew in her mind that John was the most powerful person in this place after seeing what he did yesterday wanted to use him as a sparring partner.

John looked back and saw Alisa's eyes that was full of fighting spirit. 

"Why do you want to fight me?" John asked as he wanted to know the reason.

"Because I want to be strong." Alisa answered truthfullly while looking at John.

John smiled at her before he looked at Lenka and thought of a good idea.

"How about you fight that person beside you as he was thr other New-Type that you're looking for." John said while looking at Lenka.

Alisa looked towards Lenka and couldn't believe that he's a New-Type like her as she could not see any special thing about him. 

Lenka looked at Alisa and was also shocked that there's another person the same as him as no one told him about it.

"This guy looks weak. I don't want to fight him." Alisa directly said after observing him.

Lenka frowned and was provoked after hearing her calling him weak which Kota then immediately butted in after seeing that the atmosphere was becoming heavy.

"Hmm, follow me then." John said before leaving the place after seeing her words hit Lenka's pride.
