  Kal was pouting while his cars were being transferred to a truck. Connor isn't speaking to him, he just put all of his toys in the truck and then he suddenly cried and ran to Maxine. 

"Toys!" he cried and pointed at Connor who was too childish to prank Kal. The boy was crying out loud which made Levina make noise too. She seemed to be annoyed with Kal. "Mama, toys." He cried dramatically and he slid down and lay flat down on the carpet where Quinn was sitting and busy with the puzzle. 

"This is so fun." Keira laughed as she held her big round stomach. "Kal stop crying. We are moving out." 

  Kal sat up and wiped his tears. 

"Ha?" 

"We are moving out since I am giving birth," Keira told him. "You are going to meet my baby soon!" 

  He sniffled and looked at Quinn as he helped her with the puzzle. Quinn looked at him and screamed then she messed up her puzzle and cried. 

"Kal, I told you not to interrupt her," Keira told him. 

"Help her." Kal pouted and frowned as he crossed his arms. "I will help her!" 

"Darling, I know. But Quinn doesn't need help when it comes to puzzles." 

  Connor went to coax her daughter. 

"Hey, did Kal mess you again?" 

  Quinn was crying with tears as she hugged her father's neck and cried dramatically. Then, she pointed to Kal. 

"Ay, Kal." Connor shook his head. "Don't mess with my Princess." 

  Kal stood and mumbled something then he sat beside Levina and crossed his arms. 

  Alessandro was covering his mouth and trying not to laugh since it was bad to laugh when Kal and Quinn were fighting like this. Keira smacked him as Alessandro shoved his face to her back and tried hard not to let go of that damn laugh. 

"Nya-nya." Quinn stopped from crying and frowned at Kal. Kal frowned back at him. The two glared at each other as Kal showed his tongue to her. Quinn raised his voice and looked at his father and pouted. 

"Kal, stop that." Connor pointed at the boy. 

  Alessandro burst into laughter as he reached the pillow and shoved his face to the cushion. 

"We are going to leave Kal here alone." He told Quinn. Then, he carefully put her down and reached the tissue to wipe her tears. She started again on building the blocks and when Kal was about to go down the sofa to tease Quinn, Maxine held him. 

"Kal, don't." Maxine already knew what he would do. 

"Help, Kin-kin." He tried to explain but Maxine shook her head. Kal lay down beside Levi and just stared at the ceiling, looking bored. 

"We are going to leave only a few of your toys here," Keira told him as she went to her table to clean up the documents. 

"No," Kal said and pouted. He turned sideways to Levi and kissed her nose. "Lab-lab, Vivi." He hugged Levi. Maxine smiled and patted Kal. 

"You are so sweet. Now, stay with Vivi and don't mess with Quinn. She wanted to find out things on her own." 

"Kay." He kissed Levi again and this time on the lips. Levi frowned and sneezed. 

"Hey," Terrence poked Kal. "Did you just kiss my daughter?" 

"Lab-lab, Vivi." He hugged Levi as Terrence frowned. 

"Babe, they are just babies." 

"No one kisses my daughter on the lips." He scolded Kal. 

"Ay!" Kal frowned at him.

  Back in the hospital. Violet was busy feeding her husband with a big grin on her lips. It was the first time in a very long time. Victor also couldn't help but to touch her and admired her natural hair color. 

"How do you feel?" She asked as she wiped his lips. 

"I feel pain but I am used to it." 

  She nodded her head and bent down to kiss his lips. 

"Love, I haven't brushed my teeth." 

"I don't mind." 

"Where's Cole?" 

"He's with Leon having his breakfast." 

"Good. I want to walk. Can I walk?" 

"Sure," She hesitated but then, he helped him get up. They already gave him a prosthetic leg so he could walk around to prevent serious complications. She helped him get dressed up after a sponge bath. Then, he brushed his teeth. 

  They first went to Cole's room where Cole is currently telling Leon about the things that he drew. When he looked up to Victor, he quickly got off from his seat and rushed to him. 

"Victor!" 

  Victor was about to reach his head but since he was small and he can't bend down because of his operation, he only reached the tip of his head. 

"How are you doing?" 

"My ears don't hurt that much anymore and someone sent me a lot of toys." 

  Victor looked at Leon who shrugged. 

"Well, Mitch already bought a lot of toys for Cole since they are also decorating the playroom for the babies." 

"Babies?" Victor asked. "And who is Mitch?" 

"She's known as MJ and she's Harvey's wife." 

  Victor blinked and looked down at Violet. 

"Yup, he got married last year." 

"Okay," He mumbled. 

"I got a lot of beautiful toys! I can control the bigger one with a remote." Cole said excitedly. 

  Victor remained standing with Violet beside him as Leon picked up the tablet and approached him. He showed Cole's current state. 

"We removed the tracker and now he needs to undergo therapy. We also need to cure him." 

"Is it alright for you, Cole?" Victor looked down at him. Cole nodded his head. 

"As long as I will get better. Leon promised me that I will get better." 

"Yes, you will." Victor looked at his wife who smiled at him. 

"Alright, I need to go to check on my wife for her ultrasound."  2

"You~you are married too?" 

"Yup." Leon winked at him. "And I have twins on the way." 

  Victor gaped at him as Leon laughed and waved at them.

  It was already afternoon when they reached the mansion. The maids and butlers lined up as they bowed to greet the Royal Princess. Kal gasped and greeted them in a very adorable way. 

"Hello!" Then, he rushed inside and giggled while admiring everything. "Eon!" He called and rushed to MJ who was holding Dione. He raised his arms as MJ bent down and showed Dione. Then, he kissed Dione's cheeks and ran around. "Mimi!" He called out. 

"Wow, a lot of things have changed," Keira said. 

"Mom wanted to redecorate so we did," MJ said proudly. Keira held her round stomach so that anytime, she could give birth. 

"I think we need to go directly to the hospital." Keira chuckled and held her husband's hand so tight. 

"It's coming?" He asked. 

"What do you think?" She gritted her teeth. 

  Alessandro quickly helped Keira back to the ambulance that was also facilitated by the estate. Terrence also came with them with Kal as Keira lay flat on the bed and started heaving. 

"I am feeling the contractions." She said and glared at her husband. "Are we there yet?" 

"Hospital is just five minutes away. I promise." 

"Do I have to hold it for five minutes?" She growled as Kal looked at Sandro. 

"Tata, angry." 

"I am aware of that." Sandro shook his head. 

  It took five minutes to reach the hospital as Alessandro and Keira were sent directly to the delivery room. Leon and Violet are already waiting for her. 

"Well, I think your baby wants to join the party early," Violet said. 

"My water just broke," Keira exclaimed. 

"Okay, a bath is ready." Violet checked the inflatable where she will give birth. Alessandro helped her undress while Leon turned back to give them privacy. Then, Keira dipped on the lukewarm inflatable tub. 

"By the way, Kal is outside with Terrence." 

"Great." 

  Keira screamed and grabbed Alessandro's hair. 

  Back outside, Kal gaped and covered his mouth. 

"Tata, angry." He said again to Terrence as Terrence laughed so hard. 

"Do you want to see your daddy?" 

"Mimi. I want Mimi." 

  He fixed Kal's hair. 

"Mimi is inside helping your Tata to give birth. You will have a little sister soon." 

"Ohh," Kal giggled and hugged him. "Like Vivi?" 

"Yes, like Vivi." 

  He stood and took him to the VIP floor where Kal's dad is. When they reached the VIP floor, he put down Kal who started walking around and checking the furniture as he spoke to the nurse. 

"Victor's room?" 

"It's in V76, Sir." 

"Thank you." 

  Kal ran dashed fast. He walked as he kept an eye on Kal. Somehow, Kal bumped into a big person and he flopped on the floor. Then, he quickly got up and checked the big man's left leg. 

"Why robot?" He asked. "Robot?" He looked up. Terrence froze as he only watched Kal speak to his father. Then, he looked at the door. "Cars." He dashed inside the room. Terrence walked toward Victor who was watching Kal. 

"Victor," He called. Victor turned around. 

"Malfoy!"  Victor exclaimed and hugged him tightly. 

"It's Terrence now." Terrence gently pushed himself as he looked at Kal who was currently speaking to the boy inside the VIP room. 

"I got big cars!" Kal explained to the boy as he started babbling words. 

"Your boy is quite an extrovert," Victor said. Terrence chuckled. 

"He's not mine." Then, Terrence punched his arm lightly. "It's yours." 

  Victor's smile faded as he watched the little boy tell Cole about his cars. 

"Kal," Victor called. Kal looked at him and then he ran to Terrence. 

"I want, Mimi." He said as he hugged Terrence's leg.
