The Hunting Continues

  Janella continued throwing the darts with Johanna's face on it. She doesn't know what made her pissed off. They still couldn't find the fire gem which they needed most. She faced her grandfather. 

"They must have someone to seal it." She told him. Lukas Jr. Lefebure. First son of Lukas Lefebure. He was the one that is currently commanding all of his heirs to find the gems. He wants to have it all. 

"It must be the Dragon." The old man said. He was at the age of seventy. He's still strong and he's still commanding all of his grandchildren to race to the top. One of them will inherit the family clan and become the head. Janella was one of them. She was a strong candidate. 

"Then, what about Hannah Grace? The killing machine." 

"She must have been hired by the Dragon." The man said. 

  Janella sighed. 

"Grandpa, what if they are working together." 

"Definitely. They are working together. You know why?" 

  Janella shrugged. 

"Because the Dragon Empire was our rival as well?" 

"They aren't anyone's rival until someone provokes them. Mostly, the Dragon." 

"Who is this Dragon?" Janella asked. "Do you have a specific name?" 

"Not yet. I don't know whom they gave to the empire. But it must be the firstborn grandson." 

  She slouched on the sofa and reached for the knife as she threw it and hit it directly to Hannah Grace's forehead in the photo. She needs to do everything to get the gems. She has half of the air gem and it gives no luck at all. She finally stood and looked at him. 

"I will go and check on wherever Hannah Grace is." 

"No. Focus on the gems. The Dragon won't give the gems to anyone to secure it. Now that we have found it. And she won't give it exactly to Hannah Grace." The old man said. 

"We can make her sing wherever the gems are located." 

"You can try. But that Killing Machine is not an idiot." Lukas Jr said as he looked at the television where the media is currently showing the Queen's weekly speech to her people. He watched Karmina further and it made him admire her for being a strong woman after all of the things that happened to them. 

"Look at that woman. That's the kind of heir that I want." 

  Janella stared at Karmina Rossie for a long time. She doesn't even know the lady but she heard a lot about her at their family dinner. They justified that the Rossie Family betrayed their family. She doesn't know exactly what their family did but they justified that those families betray them first. That's why they make a movement that would be deserved by the Rossie.

"I will leave now to find the gems." She said as she left.

  Karmina looked at her brother-in-law who was currently holding his son while he was signing a few documents. The little Duke was just adorable. He's well behaved as he observed his father, signing a few documents and interacting with his female secretary and his butler. He checked a few documents and spoke to Karmina. The little Duke, Granger, was very observant as he made adorable reactions. 

"We need to focus on the farm," Ian told Karmina. 

"Hmm, yes of course. We can't keep buying food out of the country. We need to export goods of our brands and it will save us more money and give us more income." 

"So, we need to hire a few guards?" He asked. "We can ask them to help local farmers. We can send out workers to help them with the crops. Most of them own big lands as they don't have enough workers to gather the crops so it won't go to waste." 

"We can do that." She smiled. "You are the expert in farming and so is Terrence." 

"I think we need Terrence to implement this." 

"Let's have him here with his family until we have successfully implemented this," Karmina said. Then, she looked at her secretary who moved closer to her. 

"Prepare a big room for Terrence and his family. They should be treated as noble." 

"Yes, your majesty." The secretary left as Karmina smiled at Granger who yawned. Probably tired from sitting with his father. 

"Now, Granger will have a playmate." 

  Granger cooed as he looked up at his father and smiled. 

"You are adorably excited." Ian kissed his forehead. "Okay, little Prince. We will have a walk and wait for your mom to arrive." 

"I have to go out for my next appointment," Karmina told him. 

"Yes, of course." 

  Ian stood with Granger in his left arm. Then, he bowed at Karmina as he left. His butlers and secretary took all of the documents he needed from the table. Once they left, Karmina suddenly felt lonely. She already missed her kids and her grandkids. She wished to have them with her. She won't get tired and feel lonely. 

  She then called Dione's phone. The baby knows how to answer her call. Dione smiled as she screamed. 

"Mama!" Baby Dione called her 'Mama' while she called her mother 'Mimi' short for mommy. "Ki-kin, foodie, pishy." She giggled. A wonderful sound that relieves all of her stress. Henry approached her from behind and bent down as he peeked at Dione. 

"Papa!" Dione screamed again and started mumbling words. Telling them about Quinn who feeds fishes. The couple admired Dione. Then, she showed her baby brother to them. She told them that she's been taking care of him which they are proud of. 

  Henry patted his wife's arm and kissed her temple. 

  Dione then shows Cole who was currently studying with other kids. 

"That's adorable, my little one," Karmina told her. Dione giggled and showed Quinn who was currently playing with Calli and Levina. "Our grandchildren are growing so fast." 

"Yes, they are. I can't wait to come home with them." He whispered. 

"We will be with them soon." She whispered to them. 

"No worries." Keira prepared something for surprises. "I think we need to prepare for wedding gifts." 

  Karmina was puzzled for a while but Henry nodded at her. She doesn't understand. The wedding isn't in three months. Are they moving too fast? But they need to get married as soon as possible until Johanna wants it. She might change her mind if ever. 

"Let's go and find something to give them on their wedding day. I think real estate is too much since Connor and Jo can afford it." 

"Maybe furniture?" 

"Maybe," Karmina sighed. She doesn't know what to give to her kids who have everything in this world. "I don't know. We can ask what they want. It will be easier that way." 

"Right," Henry chuckled. "Yes, you are amazing. How about a gem for her wedding?" 

"Yes," She sighed. "I already gave Johanna's wedding plans to Keira. She's the one preparing it and Johanna will get any stone she wants." 

"How about the facility? She has a facility." Henry whispered at her. 

"We need to talk to Harvey about that."

"Harvey will have this country to rule. So, it's ideal to give that part to Johanna." 

"You are right. But we need to speak to him." 

"Mom," Harvey picked up the phone from Dione. 

"Oh, hey dear." Karmina smiled. 

"I heard that and we need to talk about something. Alright? Dinner will be in a few hours here and after that, let's talk about Jo's wedding. Later. Dione has to eat first and so are the babies. Also, your cousin, Gray always gets drunk in the club, and," he was walking out of the playroom. "Screw a lot of women. I don't care about his personal life but he has kids at home who need to be taken care of." 

"Oh, let him be. He's been in the enemy's lair for a very long time." Karmina told him. 

"Okay, whatever." Harvey rolled his eyes.  1

"Dada! Pek-pek, Mama, Papa." Dione said who was pulling Harvey's pants. 

"Dione still wants to speak with both of you." He gave the phone back to Dione as she giggled and walked back inside. 

"Mama~~Ki-kin. Swim, swim." Dione showed Quinn who was watching a video of swimming. "Ki-kin, swim, swim." 

"That's so adorable," Karmina told her. 

  Dione continued chatting as she showed Kal who greeted them. It became noisy as Kal told them all about what happened. They didn't get tired of listening to their adorable words. The couple felt like they needed to go back to their grandchildren. And somehow, they envy Alex who was currently in the Rossie Mansion and chatting with the kids. He looked so cheerful and boyish. He's currently holding Levina while chatting to his granddaughter. 

"What is Alex doing there?" Henry mumbled. 

"Alex?" Kal asked as he looked over at Alex who was holding Levina. He ran to them and wanted to take Levina from him. 

"Kal, you can't hold her yet. You might have dropped her." 

"No." Kal shook his head. "Vivi, baby." He said, sounding like he was arguing. Calli cooed in a high pitch as she crawled to her grandfather like she was defending him. 

"What's going on?" Karmina asked Dione. 

"Ka-Kal. An-gry. Vivi, Ga-andpapa." She whispered. 

"Did she just say angry?" Henry asked Karmina. 

"I suppose that's what she said.
