Wind Guardian

  He still felt a little sore throat the time he left the castle that he now owns. He went directly to the place where he will be seeing Andromeda. It was secluded and there was no one but the car. The car opened as he sat in the backseat. The man driving the car was unfamiliar and wearing a lot of disguises. It was the same as Andromeda. 

"Did you bring the money?" She asked. 

"What's with the million?" He asked as he gave the bag to her. 

"I will give this money back to you. I promise." She winked at him. 

"You better be." 

"In exchange, please take care of the gem." She started putting the money in her backpack as she tucked the gem covered in a black pouch into the duffel bag that he brought. 

"What? Why?" He was confused. 

"Because, the Serpent won't even think that you have it, Eagle. Since you are the Eagle, I think half of this is safer to be with you. You can't let them have it. Okay?" 

"I am confused." But he took the bag anyway. 

"You are officially the guardian of the air gem," Andromeda said and winked at him. 

"Wh~what?" He asked. 

"Go now." She shooed him. "We are leaving right away." 

  Puzzled, Duke Gian comes out of the van. He walked back to his car and drove away as if nothing happened. When he went back to the castle, his wife was already there, dressed up and so was Granger. 

"Where to?" He asked. 

"We will be greeting Terrence and Maxine in the Castle. You should dress up as well." 

"Give me twenty minutes." He ran upstairs and searched around for where he could keep the gem safe. He opened it and gaped at the glowing gem. He was mesmerized, staring at it for five minutes. He quickly covered it when the door opened. 

"Babe," Tracey called. 

"Just a minute." He panicked a little as he stared at his vault. Tracey knew the code but he put it there instead. He will find out how to hide it. Tracey entered the closet and stared at him. 

"Your clothes are there." She pointed to the bed. 

"Oh," He chuckled and nodded his head. 

"Hurry up." 

  He hurried on to change clothes and he made sure that the vault was sealed. Then, he set up a camera to make sure that no one would open the vault. The time that they reach the castle, a car pulls out and the Queen and King are also waiting. Terrence came out first as he helped his wife out after taking their little girl. 

"Levi!" Tracey exclaimed and lifted Granger's hand. "Come on, baby. Greet, Levi." 

  Granger looked at his father as he looked at Levina who was minding her business. 

"Come on, bud," Ian told Granger who only looked at Levina. 

"Let's go inside," Karmina said as she took Levina from Terrence and admired the baby girl. 

  They went inside and chatted over dinner about their plans. The babies were having their baby conversation and exchanging toys. Somehow, Ian wanted to leave the dinner and went back to the castle to arrange where he would hide the gem. Andromeda entrusted it to him. After dinner, they have dessert and tea. It didn't end at that but Tracey loved chatting with Maxine about their babies. He badly wanted to leave.

  Keira was currently looking at the other side of the aisle where the pregnant Danica was busy buying foods that she wanted to eat. She didn't want to approach her since she didn't know her. So, she just turned around and bought whatever Kal and the kids wanted this time. The boy was sad after Maxine, Terrence and Levina left. She picked up the foods that Kal requested and then, she turned around after she paid. 

"Mrs. De Alegre?" A woman called. She looked at Danica who smiled at her. She approached her and extended her hand. "I'm Danica Lefebure-Charles. Kennedy's wife." 

"Oh," Keira acted like she didn't know her. "Kennedy's wife. It's great to finally meet you." She smiled at her. 

"I was always in the mall. I saw you a few days ago. Are those adorable babies yours?" She asked with a big smile. 

"Uh, nope. They are my cousins and siblings." 

"Oh," She waved. "I have to go before Ken gets worried." 

"Say hi to Ken. I was wondering how he was doing." 

  The woman nodded her head as she pressed her lips. Keira thought that Danica regrets greeting her. 

"Sorry, I am running late and my nephew just needed these things?" Keira showed her the candies. "Come, you can pick what you want. Kids love these candies."

  She picked it up and lifted it. 

"Thank you." 

"Sure~thing. See you around." Keira turned back and walked away. Her bodyguards remained at ease as they followed Keira. The time that she reached her office where Kal, Quinn, Dione, and Cole are currently playing blocks. She put the candies on the table together with other foods that she bought just for them. 

"Teku!" Quinn stood and ran to the table as she picked her candy, then gave one to Cole as she came back and was trying to distribute it. Then, she pointed to the food that Keira took out from the restaurant. "Tata, K-kin~~foodie." 

  She stood anyway and served them the food. Cole helped her up and once they were settled, they ate by themselves as Cole the big brother was the one helping them out. She smiled and worked peacefully while babysitting her nephews and nieces. Currently, their parents are busy. Johanna needs to check a few things about her wedding while Victor and Violet are off somewhere. On the other hand, MJ has to take care of Kaiden full-time while she's managing the house. Then, her baby was currently with her father-in-law who loved being with Calli all the time. 

  Shortly, the door opened and Alex entered with Calli in his arms wearing a fancy hat. 

"We are here!" He exclaimed as he came with three nannies who are currently holding a lot of paper bags. 

"Did you just go shopping?" Keira stood to greet them. 

"Yes, more learning materials for our kids." 

"Ga-papa!" Dione and Quinn stood as they ran to Alex and hugged his legs. 

"Hello, little Princesses. Of course, I will never forget about you." 

"Dad, you are completely spoiling them a lot," Keira told him as she approached them and took Calli. 

"What's wrong with that?" He asked as Calli smiled at her mother and kissed her quickly. 

  Alex sat down as he distributed every gift to the kids who were amazed by their grandfather who spoiled them and showed them new toys and new art materials. Cole was very much thankful for what he received. Even though Alex wasn't his grandfather, he never make him feel left out in the family. He received the same attention as his little siblings. 

"I met Danica Lefebure in the mall," Keira told him as she sat on her swivel chair and turned back to feed her baby girl. 

"What happened?" He asked. 

"She seemed nice. She's pregnant and I don't think that Kennedy is that bad. She's well off. You know." 

"Right," Alex said as he joined the kids in eating their food. 

"This is good." He said as he took one of the candies. "Did you buy this?" 

"Dad, you can't eat a lot of sweets." 

  Quinn gave another to him. 

"But Quinn is giving me sweets. I can't possibly turn her down." He took it as Quinn smiled. "Thank you, Princess Quinn."

"Teku!" She giggled and pointed at Cole's food as Cole fed her.  1

"Wow, these kids are amazing. They were taught well." Alex nodded his head. "I already have a retirement plan. To stay with these children and watch them grow up." 

"You should." Keira chuckled and looked down at Calli who was busy sucking from her breast. 

"When are you planning to have more kids?" 

"Next year. Probably." She shrugged. 

"Calli needs a real sibling. Don't you think so?" Alex was trying to convince her. 

"Alright, fine." She sighed. "Next, next year." 

"In a few months, I suggest." 

"Dad, we are just starting the business back. We are doing well and I have a lot to do." 

  Alex was silent as he enjoyed the little girls feeding him with their food. 

"I don't think that I am also able to get pregnant again since we have a movie coming up. I am the producer and co-director." 

"Right, right." Alex bounced his head. 

"So, you have to babysit Calli every day since I have a lot of things to do. That's your retirement plan." 

"Fine," Alex said. 

  Shortly, the door opened and her secretary entered and greeted Alex. Then, she set up her table. 

"I ordered lunch from Asian season and already prepared the table. Your husband will be here in a few minutes." 

"Thank you," She nodded her head. "How about my meeting?" 

"It will be in two hours. Also, this coming Saturday I have to remind myself about the Elite Gala." 

"Oh, that's this week." 

"Well, well. It sounded like a face-off." Alex commented as Keira thought about it. "You will meet Charles again." 

"Please don't remind me again."
