Emerald Wedding Part 2

  That night, instead of having fun, Connor was in the corner, silent and thinking over as he drank his cocktail while remembering how secretive his wife is when it comes to her safety. She would take on a lot of dangerous missions. Now that she's pregnant, he doesn't want her to go there. Is he an asshole to intervene with that? He exhaled slowly as he couldn't get it off his mind. 

"Hey, what's up?" Victor approached him. 

"Hey," Connor nodded his head. 

"What are you worried about? That my sister would run off your wedding?" 

"Nope. That's the least that I am worried about." Connor mumbled. "She loves me and our daughter and she's pregnant. She won't cancel our wedding. Besides, she looked too excited and busy with all of the preparations." 

"Then, what are you worried about?" Victor asked as he brought the mouth of the glass to his lips. 

"Missions. She's off doing missions for the Dragon again. The last thing makes me so worried. I know that she can take care of herself but how about our baby inside her?" 

"You are right." Victor nodded his head. "Do you want to go with her?" 

"How about Quinn?" 

"I can take care of your daughter." 

"I will discuss this with her. I hope that she will agree." Still, Connor looked worried and anxious. He might not be able to sleep tonight because of it. 

  The party goes on as the boys watch some live strip dancing on the television. Ace was laughing so hard. That man is just like that but he is not the type of person that would cheat. Sandro took out the money gun as he put the play money on it and raised it above while the fake money showered on them. 

"Okane!" 

  They all stopped when they just realized that there was a little girl that sneaked into their room. Ace quickly changed the channel to cartoons. Quinn giggled as she tried to catch some money. Then, once she caught one, she stared at it and threw it. 

"Not, okane." She said as she started checking every play money on the floor. "Not, okane." 

"Quinn, this is the men's room." Ace told her. 

"Okane." She said again. 

"Seriously, why are you searching for money again?" Ace asked while Gray started laughing. Connor grinned. 

"My little girl will be a debt collector in no time," Connor said. 

"I agree with you. We can be rich as long as adorable Quinn is there." 

  Ace pulled out thick cash from his wallet. 

"Here, go back to your room. Okay? 

  Quinn checked the thick cash and put it in her purse. She tried to fit it all in then, she hung her purse to her left shoulder and waved. They watched as the little girl pulled the door open wide. They noticed that she used a mini-chair to open the door. Each of them looked at each other. 

"Your daughter is weird," Leon said. 

"Nope. She's just smart enough to save money." Connor laughed. 

  He didn't mention to them that he made a mini-safe for Quinn where she hid all of the cash that she gathered from each of her Aunts, Uncles, and grandparents. That little girl is very rich from collecting money. And she is his pride. 

"Wow," Victor mumbled. "I bet that she has more money than I have in my pocket." He pulled out his wallet to show him that there was none in his pocket. 

"Did she just drain your wallet?" Connor asked. 

"What can I say? Quinn is so adorable that I can't say no." 

  They all laughed hard. Gray, who was laughing the very first time that Quinn intervened, was already rolling on the carpet holding his stomach.

  In the morning, Johanna received a facial massage before the actual skincare. She didn't get enough sleep last night because of her husband who snores loudly. She got cranky and sensitive these days. But she's happy that finally, it's her wedding day. The most beautiful that she ever saw wasn't herself but her daughter, Dione, Calli, and Levina who looked so beautiful in their dresses. Each of them had different styles and designs but the same colors. Her baby girl was twirling around in her fairy-style dress while waving the wand that Kal gave her. 

"They are just so adorable that I could die." Johanna sighed. "My baby girl is growing so fast." 

"Mine as well," Keira said while her stylist was busy with her hair. 

"I hope that my gown still fits," Johanna mumbled. 

"It will fit. I hope so." Keira giggled. "I can't believe that you are getting married. Remember back when we were young and fresh and hadn't been touched? You dislike boys and you weren't attractive at all. You were all platonic." 

"I am not that~~" Then she thought, she was indeed a little platonic as she never thought of men as part of her needs. "Yup." 

  They stopped chatting when Karmina entered. She smiled at them. 

"So, what were you talking about?" She asked. 

"I think it's about sex," Violet said with a grin. Keira giggled and tried hard not to move her head. 

"Oh, you guys are grown-ups." Karmina approached the kids as she admired the babies playing with their gowns. They checked themselves in the mirror many times. "Are you nervous, Jo?" 

"Not at all. I only felt nervous that my husband would scold me or something." 

"About what?" Karmina asked. 

"We will see." 

  The girls take photos first before the ceremony. It's thirty minutes of pictures taken with their kids. Then, outside in the garden, the boys are waiting outside. 

  Johanna didn't feel nervous or butterflies in her stomach. It's just a wedding but something important. She knew that her future husband had been waiting for this moment. So, she finally stepped out and smiled at her brother and adoptive father. She wanted them to walk her down the aisle as they were one of the important men in her life. 

"You are so beautiful," Henry said and hugged her. Victor pressed his lips as he couldn't contain his happiness. He hugged her tightly and he loosened quickly realizing that he was too strong. 

"I am so happy for you, my little Hannah Grace." 

"I am not little." She giggled and hugged him back. 

"I love you," Victor whispered and kissed her temple while he held back his tears. 

"Don't cry, okay?" She giggled. 

"Let's go." Henry opened the carriage. It was so fancy and magical. Soon, they reached the mini cathedral located in the north garden of the castle. Everyone had gathered and since it was a night wedding, they all gaped at the beautiful light. There were floating lanterns and fiber optic lights that would look very much like fireflies. The music started as soon as Johanna together with Henry and Victor hopped out of the carriage. She smiled at her handsome future husband from afar. 

  First, the flower girls and ring bearers. 

  There were also a few nobles who attended the wedding. They couldn't contain themselves as they took a video of the boys driving their mini-cars with flower girls in the backseat. It was already a good vibes wedding and Quinn threw her flowers exactly as what her mother wanted and so did Dione. 

  Lastly, Johanna with two handsome men on both of her sides. On her left is Henry while on her right is Victor. They walked her in the aisle as they walked normally but caught up to Johanna since her wedding gown was quite heavy. Upon reaching the altar, Connor was still gaping that Harvey had to pull up Connor's jaw and nudged him. 

"Man, you have to watch over my daughter," Henry said as he shook Connor's hand and hugged him. 

"You know what will happen if you hurt her." Victor threatened as he hugged Connor and they finally gave Johanna to Connor. 

"Well, handsome. You looked sexy." She winked behind her veil.

"Thanks," he cleared his throat as he tried to concentrate on the ritual. 

  It started as the archbishop blessed them. The couple glanced at each other a lot while Quinn and the others were very behaved. They exchanged them I do's and vows. 

  Keira who was very touched by their vows was about to cry but Sandro made a very funny comment that made her frown.  1

"I think Connor is having a boner." He mumbled. She nudged him and glared at him. He only grinned as the boys cheered up when the couple kissed. The newlywed. 

"Honeymoon time. He's excited." Ace said as they laughed. 

"Honeymoon!" Kal exclaimed as they all looked at him. Ace quickly covered Kal's mouth while the boy was laughing. 

"He could easily catchwords, Ace. Don't forget that." Guinevere said while she was holding the adorable Dione who got tired from all of the preparations. 

"Foodie," Kal said aloud as they all laughed. 

  Victor picked up Kal and kissed his cheeks. 

"Well, we are off to eat soon, Kal. But more photos first." Johanna said as she stood with her husband and the archbishop beside them. 

"Ay," Kal pouted. 

  Quinn ran to them after one shot as Connor made her stand between them. Then, he picked her up for another family photo. 

"Are you okay, love?" Leon asked his wife. 

"Babe, I am not due yet," Alicia said. "But I'm hungry." 

  Leon nodded his head as he took out the food from her bag. He prepared it just in case. He also gave a biscuit to Kal who was probably hungry all this time.
