Ugly in Quinn's Eyes

  Johanna was busy eating the fruits on her afternoon snack while she's scrolling on whatever was going on in the world. She frowned only by seeing Luke Lefebure's face. So, she quickly scrolled it. That man loves attention so much that he makes sure that he's perfect in every angle of the camera. She sneered and deleted the man's photo and let them have the details about him. She doesn't know why she felt so annoyed but it felt good when she deleted that face. 

"Mama!" Quinn ran to her. "Pishy! Eat~~hand." She said and showed her hand. "Pishy, Baddie." 

"Uhuh. You shouldn't come close to that kois. They are always excited about the food." 

"Baddie." She said again. Then, she climbed up on the sofa and picked up one of the strawberries. "I have pishy~~skul." She told her. 

"Baby, you will go to school in four years. Okay." 

"No. I want skul~~and pishy." 

"Yeah, you can have that." She said as she watched her adorable baby take a bite from the strawberry. She smiled at her. She took the tissue and wiped her lips from the strawberry juices. "Do you want to school? I mean, you are too young and you can play to your heart's content without worrying about homework, schedules, and deadlines." 

"I wan~~pishy." She smiled. "Big, big pishy!" She giggled and moved closer to her mother and leaned on her. 

"Yes, you can have anything you want, my little love. But you can't buy everything with money. So, the thing you are doing, asking for people's things and buying them is not a good thing." 

"Okay," She said as she picked the kiwi. "Mama, you~~bibi?" She asked and caressed her stomach with her juicy hands. 

"Yes," She caressed Quinn's hair. "You will have a baby brother or baby sister." 

"No. No. Only Kin-Kin." She said. 

"Oh, baby. You will love your baby sibling." 

"Okay." She said and continued with her food. 

"This is weird," Johanna mumbled as she let her baby girl eat. Her phone vibrates again and upon checking it, that man's face appears as he looked suave from a stolen shot. It annoys her without any reason. She told the sender not to send that ugly face of the man. She doesn't know why but she's annoyed. She groaned and rolled her eyes. She called Ace who answered quickly. 

"Yup? And I just arrived in the area." 

"Can you stop sending me photos of that ugly man?" 

"Ugly man?" Ace was puzzled. 

"Yes, that guy is annoying. I don't care if he's handsome in someone else's eyes. But not mine. He's ugly." 

  Quinn looked up at her mother, puzzled but she listened. 

"Fine. By the way, we are off to the gathering in De Alegre Mansion. Alex is throwing a party for his only grandchild." 

"Yeah, I will get up some stuff." 

"See you." Ace hung up and Johanna put her phone away~~she might have placed it in front of Quinn who took her mother's phone and looked at the photo on the screen. 

"Ugly, Mama?" She asked. 

"Yes, annoyingly ugly." 

"Okay." She said. 

  Quinn finished the fruits that she was supposed to eat. 

"Come! Come!" She waved at her mother. 

  Quinn understands that they have to leave and she's excited. She's not just that excited but she got to choose what to wear from one of her mother's handmade dresses. First, Johanna has to bathe her and let her hair dry naturally. She ran around excited from their girly session while Johanna had to crack the code that Ace gave to her. It is the code to war. They need to find out their pattern. It's hard to do it since they say that Luke Lefebure is a genius and he is calculative and manipulative. But they can counter that but they have to find his weakness since he doesn't show one.

"Mama," Quinn ran to her and showed them the headband that she wanted to wear. 

"Oh, that's beautiful. Yes, you can wear that." She kissed her baby's lips. "Alright, uhm, why won't you get spare clothes? We can sleep over at Calli's Mansion." 

"Yes, Mama." She ran back to their big wardrobe where she has her mini-dresser where she has collections of her headbands, hair ties, and anything that they bought and that also includes the gifts that she received. 

  She took her classic LV luggage~~customized for kids. She put her clothes there and also her diapers. Johanna watched her adorably. Her baby girl is growing so fast. Then, she sighed as she shook her head. She needs to meet that guy although he's ugly. 

"Love, do you want to pick up something as a welcome home party for Calli?" 

"Yes, Mama! I get~~pishy!" 

"Oh, that's sweet. We can pick something in the pet shop if you want." 

  Johanna closed her eyes hard. She needs to think about how to figure out his weakness. 

"Quinn, what do you think is that guy's weakness? I need to know, love. So we can save the world." 

  Quinn was puzzled as she tilted her head. Then, she continued packing. 

"Baby, my head is not working well. You have to help me with this code, darling." 

"Okay," Quinn responded. 

"Great." Johanna didn't expect much but she knew that she would find this out. She will crack the code. 

  Connor drives their car to the main city where they will get a gift for Calli. But first, Connor has to go to the bank to withdraw a big amount of cash. Just when they entered the big bank, they stopped to meet a familiar guy. Quinn was in her mother's arms and since she wanted to be carried, because of some odd reason about her shoes. 

  She finally got to meet Luke Lefebure eye to eye. He smiled with those perfect white teeth. 

"Hannah Grace." Luke Lefebure smiled charmingly as Connor only looked at the man and ignored the man. 

"Ugly~man!" Quinn said suddenly and it was loud as everyone looked in their direction.

  Luke Lefebure was too stunned to speak. 

"Ugly." She pointed at him again. Johanna wanted to burst into laughter and Connor bit his tongue so he wouldn't laugh. 

"Oh, baby. That's rude. Say sorry." 

"Sowee." She said in a very adorable voice and Luke Lefebure titled his head, curious about the little girl. She looked at her mother and shook her head. "Not ugly?" She asked. 

  Johanna giggled. 

"Okay, let's get your money." 

  Johanna ignored Luke Lefebure as Quinn hugged her mother's neck with her eyes at the man. Luke narrowed his eyes as Quinn did the same, then she showed her tongue at him and said the world was ugly and this time~~not loud. Johanna was grinning. 

  Luke Lefebure sneered at the little girl and he turned back. 

  Once they reached the counter, Connor and Johanna snickered at each other as the teller smiled at them. He took out the cheque that he got from Harvey as his paycheck for one simple mission that costs a hundred thousand. It's just a simple payment and it will do. They just have to use it for personal matters like paying someone using cash and so forth. 

"I wan~~okane." She said and showed her purse that only had one coin. 

  The two looked at each other and shook their heads. 

"Okane, mama. I say~~ugly~~man." She said. 

  Connor nearly burst into laughter as he signed a few more papers and then they took the cash with the brief case that he had. Then, they left the bank as their bodyguards escorted them to their car. Connor entered first as he ran bug detection on their car. Somehow, there's none and there's also no bomb planted on the car. He waved at the girls and Johanna put Quinn on her baby carrier as she sat beside her daughter. 

"Okane~~pease~~pease…" She pleaded. 

"Okay. Since you did a good job bullying the bad guy."  1

"Kin-Kin~~not bad." She shook her forefinger to her father. 

  He took out his wallet and took out cash and put it in her purse. 

"That's your allowance for a week." He said. 

"Tekyu Papa." She pouted her lips as she moved forward and Connor kissed her. 

"Anything, for you darling." 

  Johanna tilted her head as Connor drove away. 

"That's right. You are a genius, baby girl. With you, we can find out that guy's weakness." 

  Quinn smiled with her little teeth showing and she giggled and showed her money. 

"I buy pishy. A gift to Calli." She said. 

  Johanna patted her head. 

"Alright." 

  Connor was grinning while watching his girls through the rear mirror. They went to the pet shop first as Quinn walked around and asked to be lifted many times. They looked at the fish that she didn't have from her collection. But there's a dog that kept barking at them. Then turned around and wiggled his tail. Quinn pointed at the dog. 

"I thought you wanted to give Calli a fish?" Connor said. 

"Doggie." She said. 

  Connor approached the dog as it moved his muzzle close to Quinn. She giggled and poke the muzzle. 

"Alright, let's get what we need," Johanna said. "You want to give that to Calli?" 

"Doggie." She said. 

"Expensive." Connor chuckled. 

  They went to the counter as Quinn took out her purse to pay for the dog while Johanna was filling up the card and other documents for the dogs. 

"You just spent your weekly allowance on a dog. And I even have to pay more, huh." 

"Calli~~need a doggie." She said.
