Fast Recovery

  Upon checking Victor, Violet found out that he recovered fast and healed fast. Not because of the nanomites but because of his sister's blood. He was supposed to be in a coma but he woke up earlier than expected. He already asked about his son and Violet responded with a smile. This is the first time that they use Johanna's blood on Victor. 

  They have the same blood type. 

"What happened?" he asked. "What day is it?" 

"Are you feeling better?" 

"Yes," He reached her hand and gently squeezed it. "Our baby boys are doing great, right?" 

"He is." She bent down and kissed his forehead. "You lost a lot of blood three days ago and~~Johanna was there and she mentioned that she stocks a lot of her blood just in case of your emergency." 

"I can count on my little sister." He smiled. 

"Recover fast so you can come home." She sat beside him and kissed his lips. "I got lip balm from those dry lips." She put it on his lips as he grinned at her. 

"What are you thinking?" He asked. 

"Nothing." She giggled at him. 

  Victor stared at her beautiful eyes and caressed her hair. They stared at each other for a long time. He wanted to remember her beautiful face and touched it. He doesn't want to leave her lonely again. But he was suddenly impulsive. He used to have plans but his body moved and his head went red at that time.

"Darling," Victor kissed her hand. "I want you to be happy. So, whatever happened to me, please love yourself first and our Kal. Okay?" 

"Love, don't say that." A tear quickly escaped from her left eye as she sobbed uncontrollably. This is not the first time that he saw her like this but still, it was adorable that she cried like a baby. He wiped her tears and patted her. 

"I don't want you to be sad forever. Do you understand?" 

"Don't do suicidal stuff like that. I know that our baby is in danger but think of yourself too. Because if you die, Kal won't be saved, and nor is Quinn." 

  She hiccuped as she covered her mouth. 

"I know. I'm sorry. I won't let them get taken like that again." He pulled her gently and kissed her lips. "When do I come home? I want to see our boy." 

"I will set that up later, okay?" She kissed his lips and she pulled out and hiccuped. 

"Drink some water, my love." 

  Victor waited for four more hours before he was moved to the mansion. Everyone surprised him and Kal was already crying as he ran to him. Kal pointed to his stomach. 

"Hurt?" He asked. 

"I'm fine, baby boy." Victor patted him. "It hurts but your daddy is strong." 

  Quinn approached him with a party hat. 

"Hat~hat." She said.

"Thank you, Princess." Victor put the party hat on as Violet told the kids to step aside as he pushed the wheelchair that Victor was sitting on. She settled him in front of the table as the kids ran to him. 

"Are you alright?" Alexa asked as Victor patted her head. 

"Yes, I am. Did you take care of your little brother while I was away?" 

"Yes," She said. "I taught him more about math and reading." 

"That's great. Thank you, Princess." Victor looked at the screen at the supportive family. The family who protected them and was already part of him. He was thankful for them. 

"You did great." Hannah Grace approached him and hugged him.

Two Nights Earlier. 

  Johanna and Harvey met Kennedy and his wife at the port without any bodyguards. Harvey set up everything and the treaty. Kennedy also gave a few lands to him as part of the payment that his family took from their family. In exchange for their safety. They signed a contract and it means that Kennedy and Danice are now officially traitors to the Serpent. 

  Harvey gave them what they wanted. They will be secured somewhere in this world. But still, Luke will locate them no matter what. So, they set up a protection plan and so on. With the properties that they have in their hand, they can make the Serpent bankrupt in no time. They will have a few more resources and they are sure that they will take it until they are drained. 

"What does he plan?" Johanna asked Kennedy. He took out a drive from his bag and gave it to her. 

"This is his plan. It wasn't complete. I don't know what else he planned." Kennedy said. 

"Hmm," Johanna nodded her head. "Okay." She looked at Harvey as he nodded his head. 

"Have you destroyed your gadgets?" He asked. 

"Yes," He said. 

"Everything you need is in there," Harvey said. "And a month of groceries. It's a farm so the two of you won't starve." 

  Kennedy looked at Danica. 

"Promise not to contact any of the Lefebure or Charles, or else both of you will die including that baby," Harvey said without blinking. He nodded at the protection team disguised as farmers. They turned to get on the boat as Danica went in. 

  The two quickly drove back to the mansion. 

"I don't think that those two will survive there?" 

"They only need a month and we are going to move them again, far from this country. Luke might have already dispatched his people to find those two." 

"What's the purpose of keeping them alive?" She asked him. 

"He holds more documents that we need against Luke and that old Lukas."

"Hmm," She shrugged. "Fine." 

Present Day

  Johanna watched as Quinn started telling stories to Victor as she exchanged stories with Kal. She would laugh as Quinn complained to Victor about how her purse got wet and she had to call out someone to fix it. 

"I think our little Quinn was more into fashion than her Aunt Keira," Connor mumbled to his wife. 

"I know, right?" She clicked her tongue. 

  Connor reached her tummy and caressed it. 

"I want to see this baby bump." 

"Later, you can have it." She winked at him. Connor kissed her lips as Dione stopped in front of them and stared at them. She shook her head as she crossed her arms. 

"No, kissy-kissy. Baddie." She told them and walked off. 

  The two were both puzzled as they looked at Keira on the monitor who started laughing so loud. Calli, who was in her arms, looked puzzled as she watched her mother laugh. 

"From whom did she learn that?" Connor mumbled. 

"I think she had enough of a public display of attention," MJ said as she put down Kaiden who crawled toward Jaime and Yves. "Boys, Kaiden wants to be on your team." 

  Jaime and Yves already loved Kaiden. He was very much fond of sitting down with Jaime and Yves and discussing football. Even though he's just a baby, he would listen to them and interrupt them. MJ wanted to film it and the curious look on Kaiden's face. 

"Another surprise!" Violet approached Victor with a box. Then, he grinned as he kissed her.  2

"Ew!" Quinn and Alexa exclaimed. 

"Hey, close your eyes! That's very flashy!" Gray told the girls as they giggled. 

"Baddie." Dione pointed to Victor and Violet. "No, kissy~kissy." She even shook her forefinger in front of them. 

"It's not that bad." Harvey picked her up. "Now. Stop interrupting some romantic moments, okay?" He put her on her mini sofa and gave her a glass of juice which was served in a mini champagne flute made just for them. 

"What is this?" Victor asked Violet. 

"You have to open it." She told and rubbed his shoulders. 

"I want?" Quinn asked as she took out cash from her round purse. 

"Quinn. No. It's for you." Alexa told her. 

"Ahy." 

  Victor opened it as he stared at the ultrasound. The date was two days ago and he looked up at her with tears. She nodded her head and hugged him. 

"You will be a dad soon. So, you shouldn't think of leaving me, Kal, Alexa, and our upcoming baby." She whispered at him. 

"Thank you," Victor reached her hand and kissed it. 

"Yay!" Alexa exclaimed. Kal mimicked. 

"Whas dat?" He asked. 

"It's a baby," Alexa told him. 

"Oh, a bibi? A sissy?" Kal asked. 

"Maybe," Violet told him as he clapped his hands in excitement. 

  Leon came up with his twins in both arms. 

"Well, congratulations!" Leon grinned. "But I looked at my handsome and beautiful baby, Kal. They are more adorable than you." 

"Kin-kin, adowable." He said and he pointed to the baby girl. 

"I adowable!" Dione exclaimed at him. 

"Ion, adowable." Kal nodded his head as he crossed his arms. "Vivi, adowable." 

  Leon sneered at him. 

"Bro, I don't think this is your son. Violet might have picked up the wrong son." 

"Don't be silly." Violet chuckled as Kal shook his head. 

"Ugly!" 

"Hey, don't call my babies ugly." 

"Not babies. You ugly." He said again as Leon gaped. 

"The audacity! Victor, look at your son. He had that audacity to call me ugly after I took care of him." 

  Victor chuckled. 

"I'm sorry, bro. I will talk to him." 

"Carry." Kal reached Leon's baby girl. 

"No. No. You can't carry her. She's still fragile." 

"Oh," Kal pouted. "I wan~~carry." 

"You can carry Kaiden," Violet told him. "I think he wants to play with you." 

"Aiden, big boy." Kal justified.
