[Bonus chapter]I don’t like sharing.

Just almost a week ago, Heaven and Dominic were on the brink of divorce. Their crumbling marriage continuously fell apart in the last five years, barely seeing or talking to each other. They were both unhappy, especially their son, Sebastian.  1

Until now, Dominic had no clear answer about her sudden change of heart. 

Why did his wife change?

Why all of a sudden, she wanted to fulfill the role she neglected for years?

Myriads of whys occupied his head for the past several days and even when he tried to get rid of them, he just couldn't. Although he managed to throw them at the back of his mind, those questions were still somewhere in his head.

With what was going on at the moment, those questions resurfaced in his head once again as he jerked inside her, pressing his body atop her. He didn't think anything much earlier, but now that he came back to his senses, he couldn't help it. 

"Hah…" Dominic panted, propping his arm beside her head to watch his weight. When he snapped his eyes ever so tenderly, all he saw was her parted lips as she catch up to her breathing. 

"Do you believe me now?" he asked, getting her attention. "That it gets better if you bear with it for a while."

He moved his face closer to her face, brushing the apex of his nose against her cheek. A short wave of chuckle slipped past her closed lips, feeling ticklish at his gentle touch. 

"Mhm. You were right." Heaven drew her head back slightly to look at his handsome face. "It was good, though tiring."

"All you did was lay down there, though."

"..." Her smile froze before clicking her tongue in irritation. "Did you forget what I did before that?"

Dominic chuckled, planting another short kiss on her cheek. "I'm just messing with you," he said before mustering his strength to push himself away. Dominic carefully pulled out as he stood on his knee, taking out the condom, before raising it before him. 

"That's… a lot." Heaven blinked, eyes on the semen inside the condom. 

"It's called five years of pent-up anger," he humored, pushing himself off of her. He then lifted her legs, resting them on his lap as he sat down languidly on the couch. 

"Five years…" Heaven slowly sat up, cocking her head to the side. "Dominic Zhu, don't tell me you preserved yourself during all this time?"

Her words drifted into the room, causing a pin-drop silence between them. Dominic stared at his wife to confirm if she was seriously asking such a question to him.

"Hah. What a question to ask just right after we had sexual intercourse." He laughed, but his tone revealed his displeasure about the question. 

"I mean…" Heaven massaged her shoulder as she pondered about her next words. "Considering our relationship for the past five years, I will understand if you kept a few women on the side for that purpose. I can't blame you since —"

Dominic reached for her arms, catching her off guard as he pulled her to him. Again, Heaven found herself on his lap. Was this a talent? How could he yank her like a doll every time?

"Heaven Liu, this proves you don't know anything about me. Not because my marriage is falling apart doesn't mean I should involve myself with adultery." Dominic settled her on his lap, wrapping his arms around her slender waist. 

"Oh…" Heaven rocked her head, drawing her lips into a thin line to suppress her tempting grin. "Did you… did you do it for me?"

"Haha. Don't get ahead of yourself." He poked the tip of her nose playfully. "I let everything slide, but that doesn't mean I am stupid. I behaved myself because of Basti. A cheating father is not something I want my son to think is okay."

Heaven frowned slightly, a little disheartened at his answer but at the same time, it was understandable. Considering how the original treated her husband, it was already surprising Dominic had such self-control. Countless women would willingly climb his bed, but he didn't, all for the sake of maintaining his image in his son's eyes. 

'Well, I guess that's good too. At the very least, it extinguishes any sort of insecurity I have toward the original Heaven Liu.' She mentally shrugged, immediately coming to terms with her dilemma. 

"You're so mean, Dominic Zhu." Heaven dramatically and playfully frowned. "You could've at least pretended I am one of the reasons."

"You are, though."

"But you just said —"

"What I meant is you're not the main reason, but you're the second," he explained in a knowing tone. "No matter how bad this marriage was, we are still married. I am your husband and you are my wife. Not having a good relationship doesn't justify cheating."

There was a moment of silence between them, staring at each other. 

"Why, Heaven? Are you saying it's okay if I keep a mistress now?" he added before a total silence take over. 

Heaven couldn't help but smile. She rested her arms over his shoulders, smacking her lips.

"I'm saying I will understand if you kept one mistress or ten in the past." She bent over, tracing his lips with her index. "It's good that you didn't because if you did have side chicks now, I am warning you to dump her."

"Why? What will you do?"

"Nothing much." Heaven smiled brightly. "How can I hurt you or your mistress when it was originally my fault my husband sought comfort from another woman?"

Dominic narrowed his eyes suspiciously. "Your face tells me otherwise."

"Oh, come on. I am being serious. It's just that don't blame me if I did the same —" Her breath hitched as he suddenly claimed her lips. "Mhm!"

A protesting moan slipped past her lips but was muffled by his lips. Heaven planted her fist on his chest to push herself away, but he wouldn't budge. 

"What did you say again?" he asked after smothering her with kisses, crawling his hand and settling it on her nape. 

Heaven gulped, still distraught at the quick turn of events. Her shaking eyes moved to him, catching the blazing fire beneath his eyes. 

Why was he so angry?

"Why are you so angry?" She bit her inner lip, shrinking in his grip. Dominic had strong arms that she felt small as they were wrapped around her body. 

Dominic didn't know; he just felt extremely repulsed at the thought of her being in another man's embrace.

"I'm just joking since it was frustrating to think my man is doing these sorts of things to other women as well." Although this topic wouldn't even come up if not for her. Stupid mouth. "I don't like sharing."

The fury in his eyes slowly died down upon hearing her say, "Her man." It sounded pleasing in the ear.

"It's not a good after-sex topic. It's extremely frustrating," he agreed, brushing the apex of his nose against the side of her neck. 

Her brows rose as she felt something hard poking her stomach. "Are you hard again?"

"It's normal." Dominic drew his head back, keeping her confined in his arms. "It'll be back to normal if you don't mind it, but if you think it's a waste, should we hit it again?"

"What?" 

"You don't want to anymore?"

Heaven blinked. It was only five minutes since they finished their first round, and he was ready for the second?! 

"You are right," she murmured, moving her hand down, wrapping her fingers around his erection. "I didn't know my husband is one horny man."

"I can say the same to you." The corner of his lips curled up before moving his face while she lowered hers. 

With that being said, Heaven and Dominic went at it again, doing it over and over again until the dark sky full of stars turned blue.
