Heaven's eyelids drooped, watching how Andrea's face turned pale. "At least, before I die, I get justice for my parents… is what in that tiny crackhead of yours, am I correct?"

"Now." Heaven blinked ever so tenderly, tilting her head to the side. "Did you ask me to kill you? Should I? After all, dead men tell no tale and there is nothing you hold worth bargaining with. What made you think I won't and can't kill a pest like you?"

Andrea held her breath while her eyes didn't blink, keeping them wide open. All she could do for the next full minute was stare at the woman in front of her. 

How did Heaven know about all this information? He could understand if she found out his real name, but she even knew some details about her life only a few people knew about! 

"You…" Andrea's lips quivered. "... did Dominic Zhu help you?"

If Dominic helped Heaven, then that made a lot of sense. There was no way Heaven could know all these pieces of information without anyone's help. Considering how powerful and influential the Zhu Family and Dominic were, then it wouldn't be surprising.

Heaven shrugged indifferently. "I wouldn't forgive myself if he has to involve himself in something like this." — she didn't want Dominic's name involved. 

One could call it her way to protect his honor, even in front of such a vile creature. 

"Andrew Song… or should I call you Andrea Ng? I commend you for successfully infiltrating this house and how such a person as yourself had gone unnoticed for months. You're skilled and capable — I give you that. You have a lot of potential if only you were guided properly," Heaven remarked, speaking from Hera's perspective. 

Keeping any personal grudge aside, Heaven appreciated Andrea's skills. The latter changed everything about herself: name, appearance, gender, and everything to hide her track records. That alone was worthy of praise. 

'If she had done this to me as Hera, I would probably give her a chance,'Heaven thought, considering what type of person she was in the past. After all, some assassins who came to take her head eventually became her most loyal dogs. Some lasted longer than expected, while others, unfortunately, ran out of luck. 

'However… I am not Hera anymore.'

She was now Heaven Liu. Dominic's wife and Sebastian's mother. She was not the person who only thought of growing her power, but someone who had a family to protect and keep together. 

And this… was not something she could allow to slide. After all, Andrea's target was not Heaven, but Lionel Zhu, her father-in-law, Dominic's father.

An eye for an eye. 

That was the rule in the underground. 

Because of Lionel, Andrea lost her parents. She wanted this man to know what it feels like to lose a loved one. 

And to do that, Andrea set her eyes on Lionel's beloved son, Dominic. How would she hurt a man like Dominic? Through his depressed wife, Heaven. Her death would cause a huge uproar. This uproar would be big enough that even the Zhu family's influence would barely save them. 

Once an investigation into Heaven's death was pursued, Dominic's life would be under the microscope. If that happened, everyone would know what sort of marriage he had and that would only make things worse. 

Even if Dominic would prove his innocence, that scandal would be the end for the LYON Group.

What a meticulous plan and thus, the reason Heaven commended this person. Andrea almost succeeded. If Hera didn't wake up in Heaven's body, she could imagine what sort of time this would be for her precious Sebastian and Dominic.

"You have a meticulous plan and I will not deny it was almost perfect." Heaven broke her silence as she pondered on what to do with this person. "However, no matter how great your plan is, one mistake can ruin everything. Do you know what mistake you did?"

She cocked her head to the side, assessing Andrea's pale countenance. "You're right, Andrew Song. The moment you thought of revenge against this family is already a mistake."

"However, not only you deluded yourself you can exact this revenge after many years, you thought of using me to drag my husband down." Heaven planted her hands on her thigh, pushing herself up as she continued, "Andrew Song or Andrew Ng or whatever the damn hell you call yourself, using me is your second biggest mistake."

"Whether or not there's love in this marriage or even if I am depressed — paralyzed, even. One fact remained. I am now the matriarch of this family and thus, I am also a Zhu. I have duties in this family, and I will not hesitate to set this world aflame just to keep this family together." A glint flickered across Heaven's pair of cold eyes, gazing down at Andrea apathetically. "For as long as I am here, I won't let people like you glimpse even my son's shadow, let alone touch the tip of his hair. I'm sorry for what happened seventeen years ago, but I am not sorry for the consequences of your actions today."

Heaven turned on her heel and took three steps before halting, glancing over her shoulder. "You have a bounty on your head. Be grateful I am not the one who will personally cut you," she remarked one last time before resuming her steps, leaving the wine cellar without looking back even once.
