Mr. M
"How naive, Axel. They beat you up because you'd be useful in the future once they ran out of money. Use this time to reflect and understand just how serious this was."2
Axel's frown deepened, hanging his head low as he kept his mouth shut. Of course, he knew it was serious, but what else could Heaven do? Nag them? Threaten them? As if they would listen to her. If anything, they might just laugh at them.
"Fine. Do what you want," he huffed, sulking in the corner. "Don't think of me and my pride. Sure. I don't care. I'm at fault, anyway."
Axel peeked at Heaven, only to see her with no reaction. "Do you know how it feels and what it will look if you go there? They'd not just laugh at you, but they will also mock me for hiding under a woman's skirt."
Nothing.
Heaven didn't even look at him, keeping her eyes out the window. Seeing that his words didn't have any effect, Axel sighed once more.
"Whatever. Why would you care, anyway?" he muttered, looking out the window on his side.
"That's true, Axel." Heaven kept her eyes on the window. "I don't care about anything you do. You can drive as fast as you want and crash your car for all I care. However, my husband adores you dearly. Your pain… is also his and to make it worse, that pain doubles for him."
"I won't say a word to Dominic about this, but that doesn't mean I will sit still," she continued with the same firmness in her tone. "Be quiet and reflect. Be grateful that you're still here — you could've died a few days ago."
Axel glanced at her but said nothing, shaking his head as he quietly stare out the window. For the past weeks, Heaven had always been annoying to him. She was nosy, after all. However, he had never seen her this pissed, and it was honestly quite scary.

As Bear drove them to the district where Axel told them the location of the pub, his face stiffened. This was the same area a friend of his frequented. When they stopped in front of a local pub, all the expressions on his face died.
'It was Moose,'he thought. 'No doubt it was him.'
"This is the place?" Heaven snapped her eyes at the window, staring at the small establishment across the street.
Axel glanced at it and made a brief sound. "Uh."
The moment that sounds rolled out of his throat, Axel flinched as the door slammed closed. When he turned his head, Heaven was already walking around the car to cross the street.
"Wait!" Axel opened and closed his mouth in disbelief. "Tsk. She can't just go there on her own. Hey, bodyguard! What are you waiting for —"
Just as Axel set his eyes on the driver's seat, Bear already closed the door. Axel gasped in disbelief, watching Heaven walk away while Bear walked a few steps behind her.
"Did they just — hey! How can you leave me all alone here?!" Axel hastily gets out of the car to follow them.
Heaven gazed up at the door with a sharp look. She didn't know she would be coming to this place with such an agenda. If only she did, she wouldn't wear such a delicate dress and heels.
"Take it down," she ordered quietly as soon as she felt Bear's presence behind.
'Break it?' Bear furrowed his brows as he glanced at the door. "This isn't a raid, madam."
Bear almost bit his tongue at his response, walking past her as he reached for the knob. When he realized it was locked, he sighed.
"Please step back." He looked back at Heaven, only to see that she had already stepped three steps back.
Pleased, Bear took a step back and lifted his gigantic foot. Using only half of his strength, he kicked the door once, and it opened with the door's hinges rattling.
BAM!
The door opened with a loud bang, startling everyone inside the pub. Bear stepped in without a second hesitation, stepping to the side to make way for Heaven.
The pub was still closed, and there were only two people inside. Both of them were holding mops, seemingly in the middle of cleaning the place. They were looking at the people who kicked the door open, wide-eyed.
"Who… are you?" asked one of the people inside warily.
"I'm looking for someone named Mr. M." Heaven didn't beat around the bush, looking directly at the person. "Get him out of here."
"Mr. M?" the two people inside looked at each other before setting their eyes back to Heaven. "Miss, we don't know the person you're looking for."
"I have a business with him. Now, get him here." Heaven ignored the two as she explained.
"Miss, but —"
"Ugh… what the hell is this noise?" Suddenly, a man's irritated voice echoed in the pub.
Everyone turned their heads in the voice's direction, only to see someone on the corner couch sit up. The man already had messy hair as he ruffled it, opening just one eye, and looking around to see what was going on.
The man had a clear scar across his cheek, darting his one eye to the people inside. He first caught the two workers in the pub and then another two figures near the door.
"Who…" he slowly opened his other eye as he saw a beauty looking at him with slight surprise. But when his gaze veered to the person standing behind this woman, his mouth fell open. "Be —"
Moose nearly bit his tongue when Bear's eyes glinted with murderous intent. That look on Bear's was a silent message to act as if they didn't know each other.
Why?
'This woman.'Moose glanced back at the beauty standing in front of Bear. 'Is this the woman he was talking about? Wow! No wonder her husband doesn't look at other women! I'll be also too busy guarding her against any potential rival.'
"Are you Mr. M?" The man named Moose furrowed his brows when Heaven's voice rang in his ear.
"Uh… well." Moose scratched the back of his head. "It depends on why you want to know."
"Sis!"
Moose arched a brow when another voice came into the scene. He glanced at the person entering the establishment and when he caught Axel Zhu, Moose immediately grasp the reason for this visit.
"Ahh…" Moose chuckled and rocked his head. "Hello there, second young master! It's been a while! Are you going to sign up for the next event?"
