"Damn! Enemies!" Goki grunted when he noticed they wore the same attire as the vigilantes.

"Everyone! Prepare for battle!" Instructor Torr shouted.

It turns out that Rea was right. Now two groups of vigilantes were facing them.

"Some people are ahead of us!"

"Catch them if they are civilians and kill them if they retaliate!" One of the vigilantes shouted at his companions.

One of the vigilantes was holding what looked like a magnifying glass. But this was not ordinary magnifying glass. It has a unique ability. It could reveal whether a person was a magician or not no matter how much they hide their mana. The name of this object was Revelation Glass! It was an artifact found in ruins.

After the holder of Revelation Glass focused it on Yman's group, the holder saw their images inside the glass. In the glass, their image was surrounded by energies.

"Stinky! They are magicians!" He shouted immediately at his companion whom he called Stinky.

"Wha-?! Ah! Forget about catching! Kill them right away!" Stinky immediately changed his command.

Upon hearing his order, his comrades immediately fired at the group. Laser beams flew from their magic-based guns.

When the man looked at the magnifying glass again, he noticed something strange. His eyes widened and sweat drew down his face. His knees were also shaking as if they had lost strength.

He saw that there was strange energy coming from that group. There seemed to be a strange scary creature in their background. And that creature was surrounded by crimson-colored energy that looks like blazing flames. However, this was not the reason why he was trembling in fear. What made his hairs stand up and made him tremble was the seemingly eternal darkness that was in their background. Even that scary creature was just so little compared to that darkness.

It was the first time he had seen something like this inside his Revelation Glass. He couldn't even make a voice. His mouth just hung open while quivering.

"W-what does that mean?" He whispered. Because his whisper was weak, his companions did not hear it. In addition, the surroundings were noisy due to the flying beams from his comrades.

Before the laser beams hit Yman's group, Instructor Torr stepped forward. "I'll take care of it!" He said as he bumped the knuckles he was wearing in his hands.

The noise of hard metal resounded as soon as the knuckles collided. Gleaming brown energy enveloped his knuckles right after the collision. This meant he intended to use an ability with an earth element. Then, he punched the ground. After he did this, a large magic circle suddenly appeared with visible symmetrical patterns on the surface of the earth. The center of that magic circle was his fist.

The ground sprouted like a thick wall in front of them, acting as their shield. The beams were blocked by it. Maybe because Instructor Torr has a higher level than the attackers, their beams failed to penetrate. But maybe also because of their number, the Earth Wall of Instructor Torr gradually became perforated.

Noticing this he immediately used his left hand and used the basic skill Fortitude to further strengthen his Earth Wall. This time, the opponent's beams have done nothing more. They failed to penetrate.

After blocking all the laser beams from the enemies, "Good job, Torr! Now! Everyone, fire!" Goki immediately shouted a command.

"T-They are strong!" Muttered one of the members of the vigilantes. Fear was obvious in his voice.

"Cowards! Don't stop! Fire! Fire! Shoot!" Stinky shouted angrily.

"Y-Yes!" The man refocused his magic-based gun and repeatedly pulled the trigger as if possessed by an evil spirit. "Waaaah! Diiieeeeee!" He shouted loudly in conjunction with the flight of successive beams. Like him, so did the rest of his comrades. Even though some of them were injured, they pulled the trigger of their guns like madmen.

Pew! Pew! Pew! Pew! Pew!

The leader also fired at them using his bigger and high-powered magic-based gun that resembles a machine gun. It fired continuously and rapidly. At the sides of the gun, there is something like a small cylindrical tank that was glowing in bluish color. The gun looked futuristic that could be seen in sci-fi movies.

BRAAAAAAHHH!

The sound it produced was different from ordinary magic-based guns.

After receiving such powerful attacks, *Bam!* The Earth Wall was finally destroyed. The vigilantes were overjoyed.

"Ptui!" Stinky spat on the ground and said. "Easy."

One of his men laughed. "Wahaha! Now go to he— huh?" The vigilante member wasn't able to finish what he was about to say because his head was already flying before he could finish his words. Lots of blood was coming up from the cut that was comparable to a fountain. Blood stained the ground around him. All his companions widened their eyes as they stared at him in surprise and fright. In a matter of seconds, the lifeless body fell with a dull sound.

At that moment, they heard a strange sound that seemed to be the sound of something spinning rapidly in the air.

Wring!

They looked up and their eyes trembled at what they saw.

"C-chakrams!"

Even Goki and the others were shocked by it. They didn't even notice when Yman threw them. Those chakrams were truly incredible! They were scary. Honestly. Everyone thought. Regardless, they wondered how Yman manipulated them. They could not see any mana-strings connected to them. How could they move like that? Ordinary chakrams supposedly move like boomerangs. But Yman's chakrams moved as if they had a will of their own. 

A crimson chakram was flying everywhere above the vigilantes. On second look, there wasn't only one. There were two of them!

Looking at the chakrams doing a rapid dive towards them, Stinky focused his gun at it.

BRAAAAAAAAH!

Seeing that their leader was attacking those things, his men also rained shots towards them. But the two chakrams scattered away.

They went in separate directions like jet fighters. Because of it, the vigilantes had to focus on only one target. Sticky was trying to shoot down the chakram that went to the right. His men shot the one that went to the left.

While stinky and his men were trying to shoot down the chakrams, the other group of vigilantes that was on the left side of Yman's group, charged at them.

They were running rapidly, cutting their distance after several quick steps. Along with Instructor Goki, Almina and Instructor Musk went to engage the enemies.

"Be careful they are magicians as well!" Goki warned them.

The vigilantes were wielding different types of weapons and their weapons were envelopes in different kinds of enchantment spells. So to say, they were gleaming with different colors. After a few seconds, the group met the enemies.

Klang! Peng! Krush!

A series of collisions from their attacks rang on the battlefield. 

Wielding her fire and ice elemental swords, Almina swiftly swung her sword like a dazzling swan in the middle of the battlefield. She was too conspicuous in that field because of her colorful swords.

With a sinister grin on his face, an enemy sneaked behind her. The man raised his weapon that looked like a scimitar sword. However, when he struck down his sword, there was only empty air. There was also no impact transmitted in his hand.

"What?!" He exclaimed. 'Where that b*tch go?' He thought. Before his eyes could move to search her, a weapon pierced his chest. *???* Question marks appeared above his head.

A second later, 

Guh! He groaned as his body lost strength and fell.

After defeating one of the enemies, Almina used her Rapid Leap again and appeared right beside an enemy, then directly swung her weapons. Another enemy fell down.

Yana was watching the battle in awe at Almina's figure. Seeing Almina's dazzling movements, Yana couldn't help but admire her a little.

Goki used his martial techniques in fighting the enemies. Looking at him skillfully catching his opponent's attack and using the chance to out-balance them, it was easy to understand that he practiced jiu-jitsu combat art. He also sent combinations of punches whenever he had a chance. Since he wasn't using a weapon, all his enhancement spells were focused on his body. It also meant that his weapon was his whole body. So to say, Goki's body was enveloped with brilliance at the moment coming from his enhancement spells.

Instructor Musk, on the other hand, used his katana sword to slay his opponent at a speed of slash that was hard to perceive with ordinary eyes. Well. Even a magician could only see him sheathing back his weapon. But actually, the enemies around him were already cut many times. It was a technique known as Invisible Slash.
