I like whatever Sister Yan gives me

1Between the meal, Qin Yan placed some vegetables in the little guy's bowl. Seeing the vegetables, his small face scrunched up.1

Qin Yan noticed this and asked softly, "Darling, don't you like eating vegetables?"

Xi Jung interrupted, "Miss Qin, baby doesn't eat vegetables at all. In fact, nobody has been successful in making him eat this, not even his fath....."

Peering at the little devil, Xi Jung's jaw dropped with his mouth hung open. He was totally dumbfounded because he saw the little ancestor putting the vegetables in his mouth.

Qin Yan was also surprised. According to what Xi Jung said, it seemed that the little bun hated eating vegetables. Even when she put them in his bowl, his face was crumpled in discomfort. This was the reason she asked the question in the first place. But who could explain what happened now! 

The little fellow took in Xi Jung's shocked expressions and Qin Yan's surprised ones. He glanced at Qin Yan and said, "Thank you, sister Yan, they are delicious." With that, he continued eating the vegetables.

"Darling, if you don't like them, don't force yourself," Qin Yan reminded gently.

"No, I like whatever Sister Yan gives me," the little bun said with a twinkle in his eyes.

Gazing at the little one, Qin Yan's heart melted. She said amiably, "Darling, if you don't like vegetables, don't eat too much of them. But you must make sure to include them in your diet. They provide you with dietary fibres that help in digestion and keeps your stomach healthy. Even if in a little quantity, you must eat them. Will you listen to Sister Yan?"

The little guy thought for a while and his face then showed a big smile. He pulled his fist up in encouragement, "Yes Sister Yan, I'll listen to you."

Qin Yan was amused to see his behaviour. She patted his head and praised him again, "My darling is so obedient and sensible."

The little fellow was filled with happiness.

Xi Jung's mouth had opened so wide that a bunch of flies could enter. He was shocked to see the little devil's obedient behaviour.

When the little guy was growing up, his grandmother had tried to feed him vegetables. But everytime he was extremely averse to them.

Madam Li eventually gave up. Both Li Gui and Xi Qinghe loved their grandson to the core and it was inevitable for them to spoil the little guy.

But Xi Ting was different. He didn't spoil his son and insisted that he eat vegetables. At that time, the little ancestor wrecked havoc in the Xi mansion and almost turned the entire mansion upside down.

Xi Qinghe and Li Gui scolded their son fiercely and coaxed their grandson with much difficulty. Since then, nobody tried to make the little devil go against his wishes.

But today, only because Qin Yan placed the vegetables in his bowl and said few words, the little guy willingly ate without throwing any tantrum. It seemed that the importance of Qin Yan in little guy's heart was quite high. Xi Jung took a note of this and started eating again.

"Sister Yan, may I ask you a question?" Xiaobao asked timidly.

"Sure, what is it?" Qin Yan replied with a smile.

The little guy asked with a confused face, "That day when I was stuck in store room, why did you come there? Did you know I was there?"

Xi Jung glanced at the little devil and wondered if he knew something. 

Qin Yan glanced at the little bun and seeing his face full of innocence, she answered, "No darling, I didn't know that you were there. Sister was playing hide and seek and I hid in the store room. But see I met you. Wasn't it a great coincidence?"

Qin Yan couldn't tell the little guy that she had then escaped from the gangsters. So she made up an excuse for the little bun.

Xiaobao nodded showing that he understood. He then lowered his head and continued eating. Qin Yan did not notice a dark glint flashing across his eyes, but Xi Jung felt something wrong.

Nobody other than him and his brother knew that the little guy was not as innocent as a five year old. His thoughts were deep and it was impossible for him to be fooled by Qin Yan's excuse.

After the meal, the little guy wanted to go to the washroom. As the private room had an attached one, both Qin Yan and Xi Jung let him go by himself.

When only Qin Yan and Xi Jung were left in the room, Xi Jung suddenly opened his mouth after the two were silent for a bit: "The reason for approaching you today was because Baby wanted to see you."

Qin Yan nodded. He had told her this earlier.

Xi Jung continued, "Baby had suffered a big fright in the store room. Also because he was sick, he barely maintained his consciousness. He's very reliant on you now since you saved him." Xi Jung explained.

"So it was like this." Qin Yan nodded her head.

In the washroom, the little guy stood in front of the mirror. He looked like a little man who was extremely cute and adorable.

But now the innocent expression on his face which was visible to Qin Yan was gone. It was replaced by a frightening coldness.

He suddenly flicked his hand and within seconds, a dark shadow appeared in the washroom.

When looked closely, you could see a bodyguard dressed in black who appeared in front of the little fellow.

"Little master, how can I help you?" the man asked.

Xi Xiaobao glanced at the man and ordered, "Find out what happened to Sister Yan on April 22nd at Regenta hotel. Make sure to bring me a detailed report before tomorrow."

"Okay, little master. Is there anything else that you need me to do?" the man asked.

Xiaobao replied, "No, that's all for now."

The man then disappeared as a shadow passing by.
